The location is amazing, exactly in front of the beach, and walk for 2,3 minutes you will reach the center of the city which is full of resturants,cafes and local shops

On the last day of our trip, we had to go to the airport at 8 am , when we went to the breakfast area it was closed just because it is Sunday ! So we decided to go to the airport at 8:15 , but when we went to the resturant it was closed and opened at 8:10 ! 10 mins was too much for us at that time ! And secondly we asked for taxi from 7:45 am ( the day before, they said you dont need to book taxi a day earlier , you just need to book it 10 min before ) when we booked at 7:45 no taxi were available we were going to miss the flight , finally i called the taxi center by myself at 8:45 and came after only 5min! The girl at the reception was just saying we dont have car! How a 4 star hotel has no car for such an urgent situations !

Staff on reception desk did not care and did not provide any customer service. Very noisy. especially the moving of furniture on the balconies. . Pool is exceptionally small for the number of rooms in the hotel.

stayed in Mountain View room, no balcony. would prefer a sea view room but not available. but as we only stayed two nights it was fine.

we booked a double room and asked for a double bed, was given two singles. we had dinner in the restaurant and the food arrived un cooked. The waitress was very nice and helpful and she brought us a new cooked dish.
