Everything was fine, from the location to the room and the friendly staff and cleaning ladies that came everyday.

The only thing that I did not like was the fact you could hear the neighbors in the hall and slamming their doors every time they came and went.

Perfectly located right on the beach, we loved the location and the comfort of the room. Used the balcony every evening with a beautiful view of the ocean. The two pools were wonderful in the very large open space area. Would definitely stay at this accommodation again.

Clean well located complex. Lovely balcony to enjoy an evening drink when the kids were in bed. Pool area ok. Most of the staff super friendly (had an experience with an angry person but others compensated).

No bar at the pool (at least I didn’t spot one). Dogs are welcomed to the hotel but not the pool area even we stayed far from the pool and our dog was chilling under the sun bed the whole time and everyone around loved her.

The premises and the location.

- Location is great - I had a sea view and it was wonderful - Facilities: it's an apartment and everything was provided - even a small laundry gel for the laundry machine in the apartment

- Not much. Maybe parking is expensive, but this applies to many places in Spain

the apartments are very comfortable and modern. the facilities are great . you have all the services from a hotel with a great apartment. The staff at the reception are extremely nice and helpful. Overall our stay was great!

There was a cafeteria downstairs with good choice and tasty food.

Morning sound comming from another apartment. There is a poor sound isolation between floors.

Large room was great, Pools were brilliant. Federal restaurant lovely. View perfect. Kitchen excellent. Staff very helpful with getting us taxis.

smaller room a bit cramped and cell like - daughter decided to sleep on the sofa and just use the smallroom for luggage. We were on 6th floor - neighbours upstairs were noisy (just walking and talking, no loud music but could hear everything).

Property was very nice a close to the beach.

The hotel should have more beach cards around the pool but other than that was very nice.

Two dogs cost us 48 euros for 1 night stay 😱 You do receive a doggy bag. Which is a nice touch. But I'll be honest. I'd rather save my money and not have the doggy bag. It's definitely the most expensive add-on for dogs I've ever paid. Parking was 20 euros. When we arrived reception said our car was too high as we had a roof bag. We decided we could move the roof bag and place it in the car for the night. We were then told there was no room left in the car park 🤔and was asked if we had booked...so my advice would be to try and book a space. If we had added the parking, the extras would have cost nearly a half of the booking (tourist taxes also to consider) this maybe something people want to consider before booking.

Very comfortable and well located apartment with indoor parking for an additional payment but there is also outdoor or public parking. In front of the beach with a good balcony to enjoy the view. A few steps from restaurants and the train station and supermarkets. The reception staff are super attentive, respectful and pleasant to treat. I will come back whenever I can.

The arrangements for the pool and sun beds extremely poor for this class of hotel.Also no night staff on reception which is poor.You cannot use all the pools either which is confusing.
