首先位置非常好，去巴士站只要走五分钟。从火车站过来也很方便，搭乘公交车五站就到了，基本去所有的景点都可以步行到达。房间非常干净，卫生间很大。龙头出水量大，热得也快，整体非常舒适！

The pool and that staff intervened when there were rowdy boys in the pool. Good towels/soap in the room.

The refrigerator did not seem to be working

The staff were friendly, and the location was great. The lobby was as shown in the pictures with the great skylights. The room was very clean. The room also had good overhead and lamp lighting, and a closet with a safe. I think there was also a TV? And A/C was effective. Bathroom was clean with full amenities. I had the breakfast one or two of the days that I was there and it was good, though you could probably grab something elsewhere for cheaper.

The room's size was definitely economical - totally fine for me by myself, but it would be a bit squishy if you were sharing with two people. The mattress was very hard, which isn't my preference. The A/C was a bit loud, but not that big of a deal, and because the room was small you could get it cooled down pretty quickly. The only facilities item that needed fixing was a gap in the ceiling tiles in the bathroom that needed to be closed up. I think this would be a quick fix though!

When we arrived our room was not as requested.we booked a twin room and was given a double.we are 2 hetrosexual males / bikers and we dont want to be sharing a bed!! My mate slept on the floor.

Pool was not cleaned daily. I checked the pool early one morning and it needed cleaned (eg dirt and used sticking plaster in bottom). Later same day pool was in use, and had not been cleaned since I first looked. Not good.

Really lovely and helpful receptionist on duty the first four afternoons we were there. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. Easy to walk into the city centre, or take the No 3 bus five minutes from the hotel, passing along the river if preferred.

Breakfast. It's advertised as starting at 7.30am. We needed to get to the airport so we were there on time. No lights on. No fresh food out. It began to trickle in at 7.35 - 7.40. Cooked eggs only appeared at 7.50. Not acceptable. We would have had our breakfast in the cafe across the road that morning as we had the other days, but it didn't open in time. The pool needs regular attention. It can't have been open long due to the time of year, but there was a green algae line round the water level, which should be cleaned off. A used ashtray on the ground beside the steps into the pool was ignored for four days. Eventually my husband moved it to a table in the seating area.

Great location, close to bus, train station. Situated in the Old Town, 10 mins from stops on the open Top Tour buses. Breakfasts were excellent. The staff were very helpful when ordering taxis, helping us organise our days out there. Seeing the cathedral was the highlight of our trip. Car parking was ok, €16 a day…but only 1 space was available which we bagged!

Earplugs are essential as there were lots of noisy party goers passing our hotel!
