Ideal location and great facilities to enjoy Lloret de Mar, love the adult only section to relax and enjoy a swim.

Прекрасное расположение отеля, рядом пляж, центр, все рестораны и магазины в пешей доступности.
Отдельная благодарность за гостеприимство, замечательные девушки администраторы, очень приветливые, помогли решить вопрос с трансфером в аэропорт. Рекомендую именно через отель заказывать. Водитель ждал заранее уже у стойки администратора, помог с багажом, ехал очень аккуратно, ребенка обычно укачивает в машине, но тут дорога прошла настолько мягко, что даже не заметили как доехали в аэропорт.
Также прекрасные администраторы в ресторане отеля. Очень заботливые и приветливые. Остались самые теплые воспоминания. Чудесный коллектив.
Еда в ресторане прекрасная, всегда огромный выбор и еда не заканчивается даже если вы прийдете позже.
Шумоизоляция слабая, трехместный номер выходил во двор другого отеля с бассейном, было очень шумно. Но мы нагуливались так, что даже шум не мешал спать)

Tout était très bien. Attention, confort, très bon petit déjeuner et dîner. Très bon emplacement.
Ce que je n'ai pas aimé c'est que le spa dit que c'est jusqu'à 19h mais si tu veux y aller à 18h40 ils te disent non, tu ne peux pas entrer car on est déjà en train de nettoyer🤷🏽♀️

A room with a view, the very friendly cleaning lady who cleaned our room every day with love, every day fresh towels, the restaurant, the pergola's with seaview, the fact that there is a fitness
we didn't know that we couldn't use the spa for free because we booked with booking, the pergola's with seaview are a very pleasant place execpt for the two big chimnies who gave a lot of unhealthy baking smoke all day long.
Maybe they could be a little bit higher or with a filter or something?
The parking in front of the hotel close to the sea could be on an other place...

Reservation was made correctly, the staff were friendly and helped us enter the spa, explained all the details with patience. Mattress was better than expected.
The facilities in general were quite old. The room was extremely simple and definitely needs an upgrade, but everything functions.. Although it seems like there's a lot of choices for breakfast, the quality of the food is really underwhelming..

Room was clean and comfortable, great super king size bed ! They only disadvantage was that it was above the main road and it was loud especially during the weekend. The room doesn't provide coffee/tea facilities which is a bit disappointing. Breakfast was very nice, a lot to choose from every day and you don't get board of it. Staff very helpful and super friendly.

Located in beautiful Lloret de Mar with an outdoor pool and also an indoor pool for colder days/escape from the sun. Food was exceptional with good variety. Sea view from the terrace and close proximity to the beach. Close to Barcelona for a day trip.
The animation for kids out of the main season wasn't great. The lady didn't speak any English and wasn't proactive enough to attract more kids to join the program. However she still entertained our kids. Thank you.

The room, bathroom and balcony(with street view) was excellent. Fridge was cool. Really effective shower with ,shampoo and conditioner (Argan oil - good for hair after sea and beach). Full length mirror in room. Any noise issues were swiftly and professionally dealt with by the staff after after a quick phonecall. It is a really good "family hotel" that tries to cater for everyone with plenty of outside areas to be able to relax and enjoy the sun.. Good value for money, especially when you add breakfast and dinner. Spot on location. Also, as solo traveller, I felt really comfortable and secure and slept well.) Thank you
Only one thing. The coffee at breakfast. It tasted really bitter. And I am only saying this because I stayed at the Hotel Rosamar Maxim for adults the week before (which is part of this local family owned hotels) and their coffee was lovely... I always had 2 cups every morning! My morning coffee is really important to me. However. I love their lemon/mint water.

Amazing location and very friendly stuff.
Nobody cleaned my room floor 8 days. They changed sheets and took the garbage, but floor was dirty and very dusty. Also, poor internet connection in my room. It was good in lobby and pools, but bad in my room.

The hotel had so many facilities: swimming pools of different sizes, lovely spa, sun loungers on the roof, different fitness classes every day, an entertainment programme every evening!!! The hotel is located in the heart of Lloret de Mar: close to the promenade for walks and the beach (sand+stones). There are landmarks on both sides of the promenade.
The room is clean, large, comfortable and has everything you need. The restaurant can be rated 5+, very good food, different dishes every day. The hotel management and staff are very polite and friendly.

The staff were very friendly and the facilities are excellent. The hotel is immaculately clean. I travelled with my father who is 84 and the hotel is very good for anyone who may have any mobility needs. There is entertainment every evening also which is a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this time of year here for senior travellers or those who are looking for a chilled out vibe.

I loved the salt water pool, it was amazing. Its the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. The barhroom was a little bit small but the bedroom and balcony was big. The atmosphere was so good and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly fro the receptionist, the restaurant staff and the cleaning staff and canteen staff. I love this hotel hence the reason I have stayed here 3 times in total.
The small bathroom. My 17yr old son found that there wasnt enough variety of foods that he could choose from but I had enough variety personally.
