Very limitted choice on breakfast. Not very fresh bread. No air conditiining in the breakfast restaurant

The room was clean and neat. It wasn't big but it was comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, we liked it very much. The staff were polite and very helpful. The location is excellent. It's close to the center and to the top city beaches. The fitness downstairs had enough equipment for a decent workout.

Garden and Roof

The property was beautiful. We were a little concerned because we looked at the surrounding area that had a lot of graffiti, however, the neighborhood seemed very safe. The property itself was spectacular. Breakfast was very good. we did not use the pool, it was very tiny. The rooms were very nice.

Nice historical building, with rooms of the same aesthetic. Staff was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and arranging a boat trip to Balos beach. The location was very convenient as it was quiet and only 25 min walk from Chania city center, which usually had traffic jams at night, so no need for a car to go there if you are willing to walk.

Hospitality of the staff. The room was lovely and comfortable beds. All the facilities were very clean. Location is very convenient to visit nearby beaches and walk about a in the centre. Roof garden was awesome and the gardens. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience from start to finish, and after. Let me elaborate. Very welcoming staff, will provide you with your room promptly. In our case, we were upgraded to one of the rooms facing the sea, located in the traditional part of the hotel which was nicely remodeled, preserving the charm and old characteristics of the cretan old house. Furthermore, they provided information on major attractions, how to go around throughout the city, even when they noticed some rain outside, they provided us with an umbrella. Garage is secured with card access. Elevators running smooth. Overall, there was always someone ready to help during our stay. Last day, we were checking out early because of an early flight, and they made an extraordinary and special guest service and opened earlier the breakfast for us. Once at home I realized I left some personal belongings in the hotel and they were great in coming into contact with me and sending my belongings back to me through courier service. Overall a great experience with this hotel.

many Mosquitoes in our room , I killed at least 3 before going to bed, the breakfast was nothing special to be honest but staff was very friendly

Location was excellent very close to the beach and near the center of Chania, clean cozy room , delicious breakfast with a wide selection of dishes for everyone, available to eat outside, very helpful friendly and courteous staff, we arrived early, it was before check in time, but we got our room, so we were filling happy. Such great value for money, could not have asked for better.

Woke up by contractor smashing the tiles floor at 8am in the morning and not even notice us at all. Plain Breakfast. Room door light as a thin plywood even the door sound when someone else closed the door. Bed sound when turning around

A wonderful neighborhood, in an amazing City. This wonderful old building is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Chania.

The breakfast was below of our expectations. The room was spacious and with a nice sea view. Unfortunately clima was not working.

The lady was probably new and our sauna machine set off after only 5 minutes... so we got cold and had to go all the way to the reception to report it. Luckily the lady got it turned on again.

We had a very nice stay at Halepa. One of the highlights was the wood fireplace at the lobby area, which gave the room a cosy lived-in air and comfortable warmth during crisp winter evenings...
