Breakfast good. Staff very frindly and helpful

Room old needing upgrade. Shower in Bath not acceptable. Hot water in Hand basin took upto 10 minutes to warm up in morning - staff aware and hid reason.

服务态度差，早上还有服务人员不敲门，直接拉开房间门的事情。

Rooms service was excellent and maid service was good. The Room was cleaned and re-stocked very well daily.

Bed was not very comfortable. Also There were permanent stains on the bathroom floor which did not look very nice. It looks like the Hotel could benefit from a refurbishment/update.

Breakfast was very good.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was not as described and much further away from the central shopping district than expected.This is a problem in Athens where Uber-booked taxis have a habit of cancelling once you confirm that you are not travelling to the airport.This problem makes it very difficult to plan your time in Athens when commuting.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο με επιχειρηματικό κέντρο που φιλοξενεί πολλά εποαγγελματικά event, Σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης με πολύ καλό PARKING που είναι σημαντική ποαροχή όταν ταξιδευειες με ΙΧ.

Γινοντας έργα με αποτέλεσμα ο προσωρινός χώρος για το πρωινό να μην είναι κατάλληλος.

Spacious room,cleanliness, good breakfast with friendly attitude from the employees

Was booked in a room with a walk-in shower to find that the standard of the toilet is difficult to use as it's for disabled people,no other regular standard bathroom with a walk-in shower except suites,was offered a change of room with a bath tub which is difficult to get in & out! The mattress is concave, pillows changed 3 types including 2 orthopaedic none was adequate so outdated, couldn't sleep, the heating system is defining as the noise is high, was offered an electrical heater to warm the room instead! It have solved the noise issue but the room got stuffy without the ventilation! The bathroom had dispensers for soap,conditioner &body wash,basic nothing else was there,no shower caps, vanity kits nor swing kits,it's not what I'm used to in a 5 Star hotel! The staff was worried about my complaints,tried to help but there wasn't enough that they could do except the heater and apologies 😕 we stayed for 7 nights.For a calibre of such a hotel I expected a more comfortable stay,I must say I was quite disappointed especially when my first night I wanted to change the hotel the manager's only concern was to ask booking.com if I may do that!!!We didn't change the hotel as we didn't want to go thru the hassle of finding another one. After leaving the hotel sent me a survey to fill,so I let them know of my dismay, the manager emailed & offered 5000 points to be added to the reward program as gesture of good will, wonder if this has solved the problem?!

θα προτιμουσα να μου ειχαν διαθεσει ενα δωματιο σε 2-3-4 οροφο κ οχι τν 1ο.
