Large property, great view

Beach area not accessible, room over garbage bins, staff not too friendly, one tried to help himself to a 10 euro tip. It looks nice when you walk in but that’s all. I don’t know how the little silver spaceship elevators are even legal. Mold smell permeates even your pores. I don’t like to give a bad review but it’s the truth.

The hotel was clean and the beach restaurant was amazing. The spa was also really nice. Room was clean and tidy.

Our room keys stopped working twice meaning we had to waste about an hour getting our keys replaced in the evening, the room we were in must have been under the main restaurant as we could hear the chairs moving around until very late at night, avoid the third floor if possible! The main restaurant staff were not very attentive, we just went for dessert and they forgot our order and had to ask again.

The beach area was lovely with a safe place to swim abd plenty of sunbeds

it was overall disappointing. it claimed to be 5 star but was tired, dirty in places and so much broken and not working. Due to our own booking complexity we had 3 rooms during our stay all of which had broken or damaged facilities that weren't repaired after reporting. The staff all seemed fed up and despondent and made no attempts to apologise or correct matters. Our taxi transfer from the airport never arrived and 3 calls to the hotel eventually resulted in an unhelpful 'just get a taxi ' comment. We had to make 2 attempts to get the return taxi successfully booked. The IT systems seemed poor, complex and slow for the staff. Hence always long queues at reception with techy staff and disgruntled customers. We had a lovely massage but the spa itself was another disappointment. It wasn't cheap and yet hardly any facilities worked properly. The spa pool probably should have had about 15 water features, only 5 worked. Poolside showers were broken and dirty. Such a shame. Our mountain view room looked onto a brick wall and a bit of rock and was above the hotel ventilation system so constant noise and rumbling in the room.

Beautiful hotel by the sea. Exceptional facilities. Fine breakfast. 20 minutes from the airport.

De kamer was prima en het balkon was een bonus. Beneden bij het zwembad en het strand genoten van de heerlijk comfortabele bedden. Het buffet had een ruime keuze met goede smaken. Al met al een groot complex waar eigenlijk alles is wat je mag verwachten van zo'n locatie.

Ik was er slechts kort maar op het eerste gezicht leek de directe omgeving niet erg interessant.

Overall everything was delightful. Views, pool, food. Waiting staff were excellent and very friendly

Lack of information regarding what was going on in the evenings or surrounding areas. Bar Staff at pool bar were rude and the toilets by the pool were disgusting. The amount of cats around was horrible and they were even on dining tables which is appalling for food services

Piękna okolica, cicho i spokojnie z dogodną odległością od lotniska. Komfortowy ośrodek przy morzu ze świetnym basenem, międzynarodową atmosferą i urozmaiconymi śniadaniami. Ośrodek sportów wodnych na miejscu.

Wieczne kolejki do recepcji, nieodbieranie telefonu przez room serwis. Sprzątanie pokoju i wymiana ręczników nieregularna. Kiepska obsługa baru basenowego.

Rezeption sehr langsam, Karte funktioniert nicht immer, 2 Tage auf eine Frage keine Antwort bekommen und nichts unternommen, Aufzüge alt und schlechte Beschreibungen, 28€ Frühstück ist zu viel, heruntergekommene 2/3 Sterne Hotel keine 5sterne !!! Nie mehr dieses Hotel, auf den Bilder schön sonst nichts.
