Beautiful hotel, amazing location with a stellar view of the acropolis

The hotel has a great view of the acropolis.

The hotel is set on a hill which is a good uphill walk from the city center and attractions. The pool was super crowded, although we did stay during the heat wave. It didn’t open until 10am which I found odd! The corridors of the hotel made me feel like I was in a ship. The hotel lacked an indoor bar and as the room we had wasn’t very big it would have been nice to have a place to go to relax. We chose this hotel because it had a gym which was underwhelming. I would not recommend it the money. The staff weren’t engaging or particularly friendly although they respond to any requests well. The maids who cleaned the rooms were great.

Location was great.

The room bar fridge was not cooling..this was disappointing as I had to keep medication cool. We asked for it to be fixed and it wasn't . The pool was small.

Hardly any light in the bathroom. Wobbly lights on the nightstands. Dusty furniture.

We were on a short break from UK for culture and relaxation. St George Lycabettus Hotel was perfect. With a stunning view of the Acropolis enjoyed from our room, restaurant and the roof top pool, it was the best location. The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful and particular mention to Joy who looked after us so well by the pool! I had a very good back neck and shoulder massage at the Hotel Spa. All in all a really great stay and we would certainly recommend.

great staff, very good location, definately will come back again

We had a basic room which was ok but without view. The parking was very convenient and reasonably priced for the area. The view from the breakfast room is wonderful.

Unfortunately right outside the bedroom window was a VRV air-conditioning outdoor unit which was extremely noisy. The breakfast was average at best. No fresh juices and the scrambled eggs tasted funny. The shower did not have a lot of water pressure and there was no body lotion or makeup removal kit which was quite inconvenient.
