Very clean ,lovely rooms. Extremely professional staff

Room was clean.

We had our wedding at Wadhurst castle so we booked a room for the night (arrived at 11:30pm and checked out at 12:00pm). I had my family stay there 2 nights before our wedding and the night of the wedding. Our room was all inclusive and the price they advertised over the phone and in booking.com for breakfast wasn’t the actual price we paid. They told me over the phone I can just buy the breakfast for the same price when we get there but instead of £11 they charged my family £17.95. Our room was inclusive and already upgraded (paid for by ourselves). The lady at the breakfast door shouted, because we were newly Wed we are getting a free breakfast and our family has to pay the rate (£17.95) she was rude or overworked I’m not sure but we didn’t experience a nice morning after our wedding. If I’m paying all inclusive price for our room I don’t like to be shouted out “we are giving that for free”.

It was ok, breakfast was not included. Staff were unhelpful boarding rude when I made a booking mistake, which put me off going again

Location to hospital

Currently staying ay your hotel in Tonbridge. Very poor. First room smelt awful. It smelt like drains. They sent a staff memeber who poured something down the drain and said that there was a contining problem with this room. Was offered another room which had no desk in it for me to work at and so was “upgraded” to another which had a desk but no chair!! Lugged the chair from original room down the stairs to my “upgraded”Only upgrade i can see are slippers and a gown. I choose this hotel because my aunt has cancer and is in hospital next door. This has added to my stress hugely and the smell made me feel sick during the night. I asked to speak to the “manager” who looked as though he was dressed for a day on the beach! As i say very poor

All excellent. I had some dictation to do and did not want to to do it in a public area, so arrangements were made to allow me to use and unused conference room. Thank you

Not that it was on offer, so no compalint! unfortunatley your pool was closed.

Extremely good night sleep. Comfy bed, dark room

Nothing major, shower was average and staff were not very attentive

Room was very comfortable and meals were very good. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning would have made the room 10/10

You can park easily .. close to A21

Dated.. the bathroom was very old with cracked tiles, mold on the grouting. A travel lodge would have been cleaner and more modern and less money.
