Good location. Comfortable rooms. Polite staff. . Bar food was good. Parking was close.

Breakfast was mediocre for the cost. Could be slightly cleaner.

The room and bathroom - and hotel in general - was immaculate BUT, we had a very poor and disturbed nights sleep due to a temporary generator directly below our room window which kept us awake most of the night.

The attitude from the old people in the spa/pool. Wasn’t welcomed at all and felt very uncomfortable as soon as we walked in the door. Ruined the whole experience. We had never done anything like this together before and it was his birthday.

The room was lovely, big and clean and we had lovely views of the sea and golf course.

VERY hard bed!

Spacious, clean and comfortable. The view was lovely from the 4 the floor. The quality of the room bed pillows, duvet, towels, dressing gown were top. Nice big TV in the room, fridge, decent, hairdryer, and ironing board. Walk-in shower was lovely. The building looks like it been maintained really well. The swimming pool and spa was relaxing. There is a Waitrose nearby 10 minute walk, got a platter of food, fresh fruit and Prosecco for the room. perfect!

The only thing I think is needed is a revamp of the spa Jacuzzi area as it looked tired looking, but the staff were fabulous and very helpful and it was very clean.

Nothing really. Only slight niggle was shower tray extremely slippery. To be fair there was a small sign in the corner advising to ask for a rubber mat at reception but it was too late to do that once Yr already naked and ready to get in! Think one should be provided as a matter of course.

The breakfast is a bit of a let down no bowl of cut fruit..the scrambled egg was very poor ..the whole buffet had no appeal like it had a couple of years ago

The pool, sauna area etc was lovely but the changing rooms are quite old and grubby.

It is a great hotel, with all the facilities including, pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi. Great room,(Large and spacious) lovely hotel, spacious, lovely and helpful staff. Great location for shops and beach. We have stayed here twice in the last couple of months and are back again on 28th December. Great value for money.

Incredible value just for a night , perfect hotel at the price after shopping at Ashford . Great pool and always clean , have stayed here several times from a big family do to my wife and myself. Will always come back at this great value.

I think the bar area lacks the same class as the rest of the hotel.
