L’emplacement de l’hôtel vue sur l’océan très apprécié

L’aspect général de l’hôtel...un peu négligé ! L’hôtel était en travaux mais heureusement à l’étage où nous étions les chambres avaient été refaites et repeintes même si les finitions n’étaient pas super bien faites, c'était propre par rapport au 1er étage que nous avons traversé et qui sentait assez mauvais ! Je dois dire que nous avons .eu un peu peur en arrivant ! La vue de la chambre a un peu rattrapé le reste : vitres des fenêtres très sales, une araignée morte sur le lit simple de notre fille! Et une salle de bain tellement peu pratique avec une porte qui frottait le carrelage et ne fermait pas à clef ! Dans une serviette pliée et propre j’ai retrouvé un nœud de plastique rigide comme si elle avait été la vée avec un goupillon qui aurait perdu ses poids et restés dans la serviette ! En plus c'est le seul hôtel qui nous a demandé un dépôt de garantie de 30 livres sterling qui auraient encaissé en cas de dégâts causés dans la chambre !!! Un comble !

Very comfortable, great location and lovely sea view (there is currently scaffolding on the building, but we were told about it and the view was still lovely)

The hotel is located right on the sea front. It was only an 8 minute walk each day to the high street for work. The staff were very friendly. They had a car park onsite.

The booking said a 'standard double' room, but we later found out we had the smallest room available. It was difficult to move around the room with luggage in it.

Lovely welcoming staff easy check in very clean

Our room was in the roof on boiling hot day 32°C no air con......inefficient fan. With increasing summer temps air con essential. Small double bed pushed up against wall ,for less agile people difficult to get in and out

Easy walk to the beach, or high street, easy to park, rooms clean, neat and tidy, bed super comfy and staff on hand at all times, and all staff really friendly and helpful

Location was lovely, parking was excellent and staff were very nice and friendly

Great location, cozy room, clean & comfortable. Great service from staff too.

I would’ve preferred to have the toilet on the main floor of the suite. However, my son really enjoyed the separate bedroom upstairs, where the bathroom was, so it was fine.
