Posizione rispetto la stazione di Paddington e buona colazione.

Pecca un pochino sulla pulizia generale della camera e bagno veramente piccolo. La nostra camera al quinto piano era affacciata verso la strada e la camera non era molto insonorizzata

Pequeno almoço continental, muito completo. Funcionários muito prestáveis, antes e durante a estadia. Possibilidade de aquisição de bilhetes no hotel. Muito bem localizado com estações, pequenos mercados e restaurantes perto.

From arriving to leaving, staff were very attentive and friendly. The location was perfect for Heathrow shuttle and underground transport. Room was small but adequate with comfy beds and power shower. Lots of good bars, shops (some open all night) and restaurants/cafes. Within walking distance to Hyde park

We couldn't open the window in the room due to being invaded with flies (room overlooked kitchen and refuse) but the air con worked great. No sockets next to bed for charging fones but ample sockets on other side of room

Great breakfast, but exceptional staff. I have fond memories of this place (spending only one night) due to the extremely welcoming staff, not just at reception but in particular the breakfast team. lovely, friendly, considerate people. This is a gem of an organisation. Quirky ‘stylo’ branding on everything and the art style won’t be to everyone’s taste, however it’s distinctive and not at all bad. Great location too.
