Stayed here for the Eras Tour! The location was perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again if I was returning to London!

The location is superb. It was easy to come and go for every atraction in the city as it has an underground station and bus stops nearby.

The beds were to tall for my mother in law. They provide room for luggage underneath but it was hard for her to climb up at night.

You get what you pay for. The location is superb, right at Kings Cross but on a quiet side street. The staff is exceptionally nice and there is a cute little elderly dog on the premises. Bed was comfy and wifi worked well. We were able to check in early as our room was ready for no extra cost which was also amazing. Would definitely book again when visiting London.

There is nothing to really complain about. Hot water takes quite a while to come from the shower and our shower drain was a bit clogged so the shower floor tended to get a bit flooded if you took a longer shower. There are some stairs to climb to the rooms, but this should not come as a shock to anyone. The room we had was tiny (but no smaller than advertised) with just enough space to move around the bed, but for us the hotel was just a space to crash between exploring the city and traveling back and forth to Wembley so we didn't mind. However, you would not be able to properly open a large suitcase in the room's floor, so bear that in mind.
