Quiet, comfortable, clean and fresh. Breakfast was lovely. Ideal location for what we needed it for. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

No plug sockets by the bed is the only fault I could find.

The hotel is in a great location, staff friendly helpful & professional room beautifully clean modern. Comfortable bed with good quality bedding & towels.

It was close to the Shard and the tower bridge.

The location is ideal, London Bridge train station and underground a 2-minute walk from the hotel, Borough Market is next door and a must to visit, an amazing market with interesting food and drinks, lovely to walk across the bridge and along the river Thames.

Excellent service, very clean comfortable room. Breakfast was wonderful! Hotel within walking distance of many sights,restaurants and tube station. Good value for money. . Able to drop off luggage before check in which helped with sightseeing.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious. All the facilities were stocked and I had no complaints about my room. Breakfast ordered to my room was delicious and delivered right on time for a very reasonable price (£21 including room service charge). I would definitely come back if I was in the City of London area.

The bath didn't drain when I first used it, I needed a staff member to show me how to work it. It didn't seem very clear to me, but it wasn't a major issue.

The doorman was super nice on arrival.

View dreadful. Tiny room (and that was upgraded). Noisy staff outside room. Air conditioning kept breaking in room. Room service menu that bad I skipped food. Didn’t get my wake up call in the morning & no one even asked me how my stay was or if I needed help with my suitcase or to get a taxi to my next location. I had told lady on arrival going to hospital (to which I was told I should have said I could have got a discount but not now!). Would be nice if you made notes on the account for next person to know.

the hotel is well soundproofed for such a busy location in London.

The room felt tired and it was TINY. The bathroom was incredibly small and to be honest felt quite claustrophobic.

No toilet roll in the bathroom had to ring reception at 11.30 pm to get some. No tea or coffee in the room. Employee gave us about 8 tea bags and coffee sachets next morning. There were only two of each.

Fantastic location next to the Shard and Borough market plus right by London Bridge station. No noise that disturbed me from trains so that wasn't an issue at all. Friendly and helpful staff; thank u for our free coffee and croissants! Beautifully decorated lobby and bar. The twin room we were in was a perfect size, beds so comfortable! Great shower plus tea & coffee. Definitely coming back!

Didn't like that we couldn't stay for more than 1 night!

Toiletries were luxurious. Rooms were beautiful.

The shower was VERY poorly placed. There is no curtain and it sprayed everywhere, onto the door and leaked onto the carpet.
