Very attentive staff, nice food, comfortable room. The manager in particular was extremely helpful throughout our stay (he even came out to help us find the entrance to the car park as we arrived).

A bit noisy at times given the location (on a roundabout), but it was bearable.

Set above a good traditional pub with a good restaurant with good food. Excellent room. Very clean and warm with air conditioning if you need it. Good bed with very comfortable mattress and good bedding. Bathroom very clean with excellent shower and very good towels. Also very good soundproofing from downstairs and outside. Excellent breakfast. Good location close to Tulsa Hill rail station. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The stairs to the accommodation is in a poor state of cleaning and decorating. As this is the first thing you see when going to your room it gives a poor immediate impression. The situation could be remedied easily with a good clean and a new coat of paint.

Nice atmosphere, ideal location for us. Comfortable room, good food.

No lifts so had to climb up three flights of stairs to our room with heavy luggage.

The staff were excellent! so welcoming!!! Felt like chatting with friends! Good menu for dinner and breakfast. Air conditioner made a good ‘white noise’ which was good-see next answer…. bathroom was clean and modern. really nice. Bed comfy! heavy black out curtains were good.

Only thing to note-the walls are definitely thin! you hear the music in the pub downstairs. the hustle of the traffic outside and doors of other hotel rooms closing. I’m a light sleeper so was thankful for the air con… note the stair well up to your room is roasting hot (mind you it was August). Rooms lovely and cool with air con so not a big problem.

The room was dated, the furniture was old , the coffee table looked like it had seen better days and needed varnishing or replacing The glass shelf in the bathroom over the sink was not attached securely to the wall and i put my phone on it while using the sink and as i moved my phone off it took the shelf with it and the shelf smashed across the room and shattered into hundred of tiny pieces this was quite stressful for me as i got ready to start my day. The staff swiftly came to fix the problem, clear the mess and replace the shelf The paint work in the room needs refreshing , it’s dated and tired. The bed was comfortable and bed linen was good The restaurant had good choices on the menu Parking is available

The place is Perfect location for my husband to visit me at Kings College hospital. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice with an ample size and extremely comfortable bed. Bar and restaurant area is a cool place to be.
