Hotel met special requests, comfortable and roomy rooms, facilities up to good standard.

Rude management, poor connections to local nightlife ie. Dublin, no swimming pool or 24/7 gym.

Reasonable menu and good value.

Breakfast buffet was a bit frustrating. We weren't directed to the buffet area, and ability to self serve was too limited.

We went for dinner at 6pm to be told my daughter could have nothing to eat from the carvery as she has a peanut allergy. The chef wasn't willing to even cook her a pizza which she has eaten there on numerous occasions before he gave us an excuse about the oven taking an hour to heat up, when my daughter said she would wait he then said the kitchen has nuts in it I've never come across a chef or bar manager in any hotel that was not bothered to try solve the situation. Then we were told by reception to go on just eat when I asked about local takeaways. My daughter was very upset about the situation. We won't be returning to this hotel, any hotel we have ever been in has always had a food menu for people with allergies or at least be willing to help so my daughter could eat there.

room was lovely. staff were very friendly. receptionist was very helpful upon arrival. beds very comfortable. would definitely stay here again!

I'm a chef its not alot to do to meke fresh sandwich for afternoon tea when we ask not to have salmon on plate the staff said chef had already made it and wouldn't charge it. We order Thai green curry for dinner it was not that as I said I'm a chef i know Food I woukdnt come back at all.

the staff, the girl on breakfast hadn’t a clue about the breakfast, we received lots and lots of emails about our booking, apparently there was a blip in the system, lastly google maps did not accurately tell us to exit off the motorway and we had to head up the Belfast Rd thru the toll and back down the other side thru the toll again & the receptionist said oh yeah. that happens!!!

Reception staff very nice. They took our booking for dinner however the restaurant staff were terrible and awful food. Would only rate this hotel 2 star. The best thing about our stay was the room.
