The room, specifically the bathroom really needs attention. The toilet didn’t flush toilet paper away and had to keeping being flushed after the cistern had re-filled to eventually get the toilet paper to go. Black mould in the shower, creating a slight smell of damp. The toilet seat was snapped at the hinges and very unstable when you sat on it. The room had a fair amount of dust built up on the lamps and radiator.

The food and entertainment very good and the location is great. Staff are very friendly .

We have stayed in Brogans several times but feel it is in need of some updating. We had problems with lights not working, doors not closing and one of the rooms we booked was not cleaned properly. A shame because it's a great place to stay.

Excellent Irish breakfast and all the other dishes I had were delectable. Very friendly service as well. Really interesting decor of the bar, posters... Good size of the room considering it was a single room. Excellent location near St. Mary's Abbey and the castle.
