The property was lovely so were that staff

We booked through booking.com and had the worst view from our room . We checked the price to book direct and it was cheaper and we would have had a better view

The staff were friendly and helpful - the place was clean and felt safe and was in a great location.

There was not enough parking and we had to park a long way from the motel.

The location was great. We arrived on a late flight after check in was closed. I had advised the manager ahead if time and he advised us it was not a problem, the keys would be in a safety deposit box then sent me a text with the details day of our arrival, which was very helpful.

We didnt have any coffee or tea in our room on the first day but was there on our second day.

Good location, close to beach, good restaurants and Hillary’s Harbour. We had a balcony room with partial sea view which was lovely for a late afternoon glass of wine!

Property needs maintenance. Peeling paint, scruffy furniture and stained carpet gives a run-down feeling. There is small kitchenette in the room but no facilities to wash dishes. Sink in bathroom is very small and has no plug. To be fair, after trying to do dishes in the bathroom, I left them for housekeeping the next day and they were done for me.

The room was squeaky clean. What I like most are the bed sheets, blankets and towels- completely fresh clean! Staff were very accomodating too. Will definitely be back😊

The room was clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were comfy.

The sound on the tv was terrible. It makes a buzzing noise. The car parking area was very small which made it difficult to get in and out of the car without hitting the vehicle next door.

Very close to amenities and the ocean.
