Добро местоположение, удобни легла.

СПА зоната не е много богата и достъпът до нея е затруднен. Почистването в стаята се изразява само в изхвърлянето на кошовете за буклук. За 4 дневен престой, нито веднъж не беше почистена банята, сметени кърпите и халатите, не бяха оправени леглата.

The music in the restaurant was too loud. The breakfast was poor, no healthy options. Overcooked eggs.

The pool was big and warm, the location is excellent. Food was ok although there was a small variety.

The sauna and Steam bath were not working properly all the time. Furnishing is oldish and there were moulds in the bathroom with the strong smell of chlorine

Good value hotel in most central location.

Room dated but we expected that. Mineral water in indoor pool great but pool area needs attention and better ventilation. Food not that good and quite limited.

It was quiet and clean so it met my needs.

I read about a buffet breakfast in past reviews but there wasn't one! Maybe because it's not busy enough? Anyway I ordered an American breakfast and this was a huge bacon & mushroom omelette with tomato, cucumber, toast, plus two bonus pieces of very undercooked bacon! The shower door in room 122 needs to be replaced as it didn't close and the floor got covered in water.

Clean with really nice breakfast and a big SPA zone.

A bit old but well equipped and maintained.

I liked the size of the room and the size of indor+outdoor pool.

Old mattress and old smelly bathroom. It was very very cold in the halls. The trip to the SPA was 5-6 min with two lifts and almost unbearably cold. The kitchen has dropped the quality of the food. Definitely not as good as per previous comments.

Selection of foods was very good. Closeness to parks and shopping is great.

Communication with personal in English. Sometimes we did not understand their instructions and advice.
