The location is amazing ,very beautiful. The view we had was beautiful to. The room was nice as well.

The AC in the room didn’t work properly ,the food wasn’t very good ,but the coffee was just disgusting. The staff didn’t speak good Bulgarian I had trouble to order lunch. And on the and 2 days after I come home me and my partner have a rush on the intone parts!!! We think that this is from the swimming pool.

Not enough staff to cover property. One lifeguard for three pools. Outdoor swimming pool had dirty water, the jacoozies as well. Fresh bar was never open despite the hotel being in full capacity. Bathrooms on main level were dirty. The changing rooms were locked and at reception I was folded they were remodeling them, which was a lie - confirmed by other staff. Dinner options available, on Saturday night at full capacity, included an option of chicken or sausage - no other meat. Soup was "pork soup". At breakfast everything was running out and staff had to be chased to restock. At reception there was also a line and the staff there was seriously overworked and seemed stressed out. Not 5 stars by any stretch of the imagination.

Great views, quiet area. The rooms were comfortable and had a bath, although, you have to shower in the bath.

The water was too warm, not pleasant for swimming while it was also too deep for "exercise". The breakfast and dinner were somehow limited in variety, probably because of the low amount of visitors at the time.

An exceptional place to stay with a super service. Room exceptionally clean and buffet with plenty of choice. The spa manager was very knowledgeable and the spa facilities we are already missing!!

The hotel is located at the end of Velingrad, so it’s very peaceful and close to nature. The grounds and landscaping is beautiful and the outside pool is state of the art- with different massage options. We had a room and an Appartment - the Appartment is very spacious and well equipped. The spa has everything you need from the mineral water hot tubs, sauna, steam room and 2 indoor pools - 1 for kids. I had to change my reservation dates and the reservation department was very helpful. I tried a few treatments for my back - they were good. Housekeeping was cleaning the rooms daily as expected. Breakfast buffet has everything you need, dinner buffet had good selection as well. Overall we had a good stay.

Half of the hotel is overlooking a busy main street and a railway road, so you have 50/50 chance to be on the noisy side. In my case our Appartment was on that side(before we got moved) so you can hear cars, trucks and the train. That was def a problem for me, so front desk helped us and moved us on the next day. The restaurant is understaffed - I didn’t see any managers on the floor and a few times for lunch I had to ask for service, dinner was pretty much the same. The service provided was for a 3 star hotel at best. There’s no espresso offered for breakfast, there’s instant coffee as a choice, which is under par for a 5 star hotel. While there was a good variety for dinner, the dishes itself were not all tasty or properly cooked, some plain some overcooked some very dry. There’s no control of the kids around the spa, part of our stay was during a busy holiday weekend, there were kids jumping, running and screaming around all adult pools, going in and out of the steam room and sauna - so they couldn’t get hot enough - not very relaxing.

Poor condition of spa facilities. We waited 1 hour to be accommodated. We waited over two hours to receive towels. Very poor WiFi connection.
