Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, πεντακάθαρο, πολύ κοντά στο τελεφερίκ του Μπάνσκο. Υπήρχαν πρίζες παντού ώστε να φορτίζει κανείς τις συσκευές του απροβλημάτιστα, με μεγάλη επιφάνεια εργασίας. Το προσωπικό ευδιάθετο με πρόθεση πάντα να βοηθήσει.

Το μενού του εστιατορίου είτε στο πρωινό είτε στο βραδινό δεν αντικατόπτριζε τα πέντε αστέρια του ξενοδοχείου. Υπήρχαν πολλά τούρκικα πιάτα που δεν μας ενθουσίασαν, αλλά οι γεύσεις είναι και κάτι υποκειμενικό.

I don't know how to explain, but From Check in to Check Out, every single one of the hotel workers are dying to help you including bargains for the ski rent :) I already congratulate them but It is important to write this review for the people who are planning to go to Bansko. Breakfast is open buffet and more than satisfactory. For example they are making omelettes for free :), numerous cheese types, pancakes, toasts more and more. Me and my family (with one baby and 12 Years old boy) are traveling enough but this is the first time that we eat perfectly delicious dinner (Half Board). Soups are daily, fresh and delicious. All the salads are tasty, they are really good to cook meats. If you are vegan/vegetarian ther are different options included the menu. Desserts are incredible (hot served chocolate sponge for a half board pension, this is the first time that I saw :) Now its time for the Special Thanx for the stars: Managers: Erkan & Ivanka; Waiters: Ilyas, Saban, Tugba, Yan, Anastasia, Vika, Diana, Katya & Orena; Kitchen: Chef Yusuf, Boran, Erkan, Rukiye, Cemile, Mehmet & Natalia; Hostess: Katya. Spa-ul, piscina - un loc minunat sa te relaxezi dupa partie. In plus - gondola - doar la o aruncare de bat! Iar hotelul ofera loc depozitare pentru skiuri/placi si clapaci/boots pe timpul noptii. Un mare plus! Calatorind cu prieteni a caror zi de nastere era, am decis sa le oferim cadou cate un masaj - toata lumea foarte receptiva, ne-au ajutat/indrumat, ba mai mult, le-au oferit si ceva extra din partea lor. Multumim! Micul dejun - absolut impecabil; o omleta foarte gustoasa, varietate de branzeturi/mezeluri. Camera mare, spatioasa. Personalul foarte amabil - vorbeau engleza, rusa, bulgara. Foarte prompti, cu zambetul pe buze. Am avut nevoie de dop pentru cada - a durat ceva pana s-au prins de ce anume aveam nevoie, dar s-a rezolvat.

Zgomotul in camera in care am stat la parter- huruit constant pe timpul zilei/noptii (probabil ceva evacuare/ventilare etc). De asemenea, banuiesc ca s-a profitat de faptul ca nu intelegeam bulgara/chirilica - am fost taxati pentru parcare (20 leva pe zi, 5 zile -- 100 leva pe sejur), desi masina noastra nu a fost parcata niciodata in incinta hotelului. Ce-i drept, cand am ajuns la hotel, am fost intrebati daca am venit cu masina si am raspuns afirmativ. Dar am precizat faptul ca masina nu e parcata in incinta hotelui, dar mi s-a cerut numarul masinii - "just in case". Am trimis mail pentru a cere rambursarea parcarii, insa nu mi s-a raspuns.

Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση , το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και φιλικό ειδικά στο εστιατόριο και στο lobby bar , το δωμάτιο παρά πολύ καθαρό και άνετο , όλοι ήταν χαμογελαστοί και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν . Το εστιατόριο έχω να πω άριστο το φαγητό υπέροχο, ήταν η μόνη φορά απο της τόσες φορές που επισκέπτομαι το μπανσκο και ευχαριστηθήκαμε το φαγητό μας . Τα δωμάτια ζεστά. Το σπα υπέροχο και πεντακάθαρο και η παροχές του άριστες.

Ήθελα να έχω θέα στη πίστα του σκι και μου είπαν ότι τα deluxe δωμάτια που διαθέτουν δεν έχουν θέα εκεί , αν και προσφέρθηκα να πληρώσω επιπλέον χρήματα για να μου αλλάξουν δωμάτιο έτσι όπως το ήθελα αυτό δεν έγινε ποτέ!

it is close to the Gondolas

The room is a bit low maintenance. somebody was smoking on our floor and the smell was horrible although the hotel is a non smoking. Also, on our last night the smoke alarm got broken and high sounds prevented the whole family from getting a good night sleep. At the morning the hotel team didn’t even offer any compensation or refund for this incident and inconvenience

it is close to the ski gondola. the staff was great and we loved the pool
