Rooms are great and so is the location. Clean and good breakfast! Helpfull personel.

Personel only speaks Chinese, before Covid this was much more English, that is not an improvement. We had booked Executive rooms with breakfast in the Executive lounge but....the canceled the breakfast in the Executive lounge. This was a big dissapointment because breakfast in the lounge was one of the most importand thing for us to book at this hotel where we stayed many times before.

The Executive suite with an all inclusive deal was of outstanding value and quality. The rooms were nice. The most fantastic part was the customer care assistant, Evelyn, who looked after us so well. She really made our stay extra special. Thanks Evelyn! 💖 The buffet staff were also all very professional and helpful.

The swimming pool and changing facilities are far past their best and a bit run down.

Convenient to food, subway and bars. A simple and clean hotel with no elitist attitude like other higher end chains. And they always give me an upgrade.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good as there were both western and Chinese food options. The hotel was close to a subway station a shopping mall and some tourist attractions.

Rooms are spacious, staff are friendly and location is central to most of ones needs.

Good location, big bed and room, breakfast was not excellent but good. And the heated pool was great..indoors but good.

The hotel didnt turned on the air conditioning system because according to them it was spring and its not needed ...yet inside the room the temp was 27 degrees. So it made the stay quite uncomfortable while in the room. The parking is very very small for such a big building not very friendly also.
