There's washing machine in the room so it makes your life easier when you stay a bit longer.

We left the room in the morning with all suitcases locked then came back at night. We were very surprised to see that one of our luggages was being unlocked! The zipper was open & when we checked inside it, we found out our box with dragon statue inside was also open! So it was clear that the cleaning service did naughty thing to our luggage. We complained to the front desk the following day but they did not give any responses & take further action. They just listened & we took initiative not to let anyone clean up the room. Until we checked out & complained about this to different person in the receptionist there was nothing but smile as if nothing happened! Another complain, the curtain in the bathroom cannot be closed properly so from the outside can see inside!

酒店的设施比较陈旧，给我的所谓升级的房间，其实是最最基本的普通的套房房间，格局很小，比较拥挤。卫生间也很狭窄。

Room was nice but didn't come across anything like the photographs on the web site or on booking.com. It was nowhere near as spacious as we thought it would be but it was still a nice stay. The staff were very helpful and the location is good - short walk to a main metro line and a longer but relatively easy walk to main attractions like People's Square, Nanjing Road and The Bund.

The bed was less than comfortable, a night on concrete blocks would be a more accurate description of the comfort level - if you like firm beds then this is your place but if not then you are in for a bit of a shock. The room overall was nice and had plenty of wardrobe and storage space but the Nespresso coffee machine did not work properly it kept crushing the aluminium capsules and after about 6 of them being destroyed we gave up - there is a Starbucks about 25 metres, or less than 1 minute walk from the hotel front door so caffiene fix was at hand.

位置非常好，方便，高端。view很好，晚上能看着延安高架，很美。房间非常整洁干净。我们要求晚点来打扫，员工马上答应，没有怨言。没有用过餐厅，不能评价。员工很热情周到，要求客房添加水，杯子等物品很快送来。离店时，因为行李很多，员工毫无怨言帮忙搬运，并且给出好的建议。

小厨房用具比较少，再多点盘子，碗，更方便。对于常住客人的访客，能够有停车优惠更好

Perfect location makes everyday easier.

Even if we asked for a smoke free room, the first room provided was so full of the heavy scent. This might need further cleanup afterwards.

The location is great, the bed is comfortable. The property is a bit old now and renovation would be good.

Art deco room: Out dated facilities, wall paper were peeling of, room clean is not up to the standard, I found hair on the counter top…. Smoky smell in room. Pool and gym is under maintenance so we couldn’t use it.

The rooms were little small , I was expecting larger rooms & kitchen was not fully finished.

Location was perfect. Liked having a suite; lots of room. Washing machine was a nice surprise. Clean and comfortable. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

Check in procedure was very slow. We didn't understand why no plates or bowls were provided in the kitchen.

Beautifully maintained, excellent facilities, superb location.

Wish the terrace bar would stay open longer

excellent location, and 2-bedroom suite is a gem for the family traveling with teenagers.

Renovation is needed for some areas.

This hotel was a little gem and the exterior is very nice. It's nestled in between the super high-end fashion malls, museums and the bund. Central location makes it easy to get around. The room was cozy like an apartment and breakfast was ample with versatile choices. Monika was fantastic!

The entrance is a little hard to find and decor in rooms a little dated. Elevator was slower than usual.

location is very good, close to Subway station West Nanjing rd with a lot of shops, restaurants and entertainment around. staff very helpful. spacey apartments, not the newest equipment but clean and functional.

breakfast it’s a bit too costly for the range of food. but good quality and nice staff
