All things were good. Staff were courteous. Mall was nearby and also accessible directly from Hotel

It is far from Shabiya where there is lot of activities, crowd etc.

I liked that the hotel room had a washer, stove, and fridge. The room was a nice size and above a mall and Nesto which made everything convenient.

There wasn't an ironing board and iron in the room. Room service didn't bring it to the next day.

we got extra mattresses for children because one bed for four people would be not enough, location was good, the shopping mall is nice, no problem with parking a car

I don't understand why the kichen is so poorly equipped. Reservation for four people, but two spoons, three forks, one glass. What problem is it too make enough, I mean 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 different cuttlery etc.? I think it doesn't cost much, but definitely facilitates stay of visitors

LOCATION IS GOOD

Make your housekeeping section need to improve because 4 days we stayed no one came to change our bed sheet.

Per night price is very affordable for family on a low budget. Ease of mazyad mall and bus stop. 30min bus from abu dhabi central.unit was clean and clean towels and water and toilet rolls provided. They also provided mattresses for 2 kids and brought it quickly. Washing machine in kitchen was good. Hot shower every day. Nice pool for a relaxing hour.

It needs upgrade it's becoming dated. It is closer to industrial area so best not to stay in the area but travel to the sights. The microwave didn't heat, fridge didn't keep cold and utensils old so even though it can be self catering it needs upgrade. Main bed was 2 singles pushed together so centre is hard.

Very clean and comfortable rooms . The location in the mall, underground parking available . Very helpful reception staff, especially I would like to thank Mr Abu , Mr Aries and Mrs Sara . Nice service by housekeeping staff.

Just a small remark… equipping the kitchenette with more plates and glasses . If there are more people in the room is the problem .
