The hotel was charming and well located.

I would have liked a comfortable chair in the room (I had a studio).

Our hosts were awesome. Super nice and responsive. We stayed in the little cottage with a spa and sauna. The rooms were great. We had an outside garden area. Love this place!

Great location

The location was excellent and the lovely gardens. Having a kitchenette was also excellent.

The lack of wifi in the rooms in this day and age is a problem. You can sit in the lounge that means you can’t relax in your room. It was also a little noise on the stairs and landings.

Apartment was spacious with a sitting room and kitchen.

Would have liked more comfortable seating, like a sofa or love seat. TV in bedroom would have been great esp. with English speaking channels. Directions to use coffee pot would have been helpful as well as literature about the town. Breakfast of Baguette and croissants was delicious. Should have added some eggs which could have been used to make our own scrambled eggs or an omelet

It was fantastic to have all of the amenities of a house for a few nights during our trip. The house was exactly as advertised and the kitchen large enough to cook a meal. It was also great to have laundry facilities. The house was an easy walk to restaurants and the Sunday Market which was awesome.

The only items we were missing were a couple of dish towels and salt and pepper.

The room was very comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable too. We loved our time there and would highly recommend!

The owners, the pool, the delicious breakfast, the comfortable bed and bedroom, plenty of easy, safe parking. Also the great location (5 mins walk) to Amboise, Amboise Chateau, Leonard DaVinci’s last home and 20 mins drive away - Chateau de Chenonceau.

The house has a hidden entrance set back, 1 sign on angle readable from one direction only, easy to miss. Small shower room.

Situated in a busy town yet the Manoir was hidden nor far away from its centre in a quiet big garden.

Availability of reception times. We arrived early afternoon but had to return later 16:30 which didn't leave us ideal time to unwind in the pool and head off again to find a restaurant. Pool hours are also restricted.

Lovely breakfast. Enjoyed the pool. Tea/coffee making facilities and fridge in bedroom was greatly appreciated
