We had a lovely warm welcome from the owner, who continued to look after us while we had dinner in their restaurant (also very much recommended). The rest of the staff were also lovely. The room was lovely - spacious, comfortable and kept cool even during the very hot weather. Breakfast was great too. The location was great, right in the heart of the old town, but also very quiet at night. People who struggle with stairs may find it a bit difficult to access, but not a problem for most. There was a secure place inside for our bikes too.

Very comfortable stay, and they were very accommodating to dietary needs.

Fixed times to check in. We were 12 minutes late and had to wait for 3 hours before we could get in the room. That was not so flexible.

A delightfully characterful room in a lovely location with helpful and kind staff. A real pleasure.

The location is exceptional , right in the middle of everything. The staff was very polite and helped us with everything we needed.

Central location still surprisingly calm at night., Spacious and stylish room. Good storage for bikies.

The check-in was a disaster. We were told that we can come between 1pm an 3pm, but when we arrived, the answer was "sorry, cannot help you" and we were left to stand in the rain for 20 minutes. The person then came to advise us that if we keep standing there we could be fined, because our bikes were leaning towards the fence. When we then pointed out that we are still waiting for a check-in, the person decided to call her boss and then things started to happen.
