This stay was exceptional. It was such a relaxing and comfortable experience. Laurent was very friendly and his service was exemplary. I would definitely recommend this chateau to everyone who wanted something wonderful. The breakfast was also delicious.

Aymeric gave us a tour of the castle that is very well maintained. According to him, at the time his family purchased the property in 2006, the castle had been kind of abandoned for over 20 years, then they fully renovated the property. It’s not hard to imagine that they have spent tremendous energy to renovate and maintain the property until now. I really appreciate their effort to keep such a historical heritage beautiful. What impressed me the most is that they use wood chip (sometimes together with fire woods) boiler to supply hot water and heat to the whole castle. They also have calm and friendly horses. The horses give the beautiful scenery more attractive and pastoral!

The location was amazing. Follow the hotel GPS instructions a little tricky finding the turn off to the Chateau, especially at night. Such a gem you are close to Amboise but feel miles away the serenity of the location is superb. We had the Christian suite. Our stay was 3 days visiting 7 chateaus for Noel.

More food options at the Chateau itself. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast.

Exceptionally beautiful and unique experience. The room size was amazing, and the views were magical.

Unfortunately we never got a tour of the property so we didn’t know what was available to us, such as the laundry room and the pool. The breakfast was not extensive enough for the price, however the breakfast room was great.

Grounds, building, pool, dining area, and rooms were all exceptional especially considering the price.

It was a wonderful experience for my family as it was our first time staying in a chateau. The rooms are really big and tastefully decorated.

Short window for check in between 3-8 pm. Wifi does not work in Donation room.

Room was excellent and pool too.

Room with view onto the terrace, pond and horses in the field was magical. Breakfast consisting of butter croissants, jams, sweet pastries, fresh orange juice, bowl of assorted fruits, pressed coffee and yogurt was generous and served in an elegant room. Pool is very large and heated which was appreciated on a cooler day. Exploring the castle and it’s many levels, grand halls, sitting rooms and nooks and crannies was amazing, spent time relaxing in the grand parlour where tea or instant coffee and cups are always available. We also took advantage once of the small kitchen to have a no fuss grocery bought meal that we reheated in the microwave. Had we needed to, we could have put in a load of clothing in the washer/dryer conveniently available. I really felt we should’ve booked more than 2 nights! Laurent, the Château manager, was very attentive, responded promptly to emails and then made us feel welcomed upon arrival. We would go back to Les Arpentis in a heart beat...

The Wifi is slow. I could send messages but other than that...it took too long. I just told everyone I would send pictures later...then again it kept me off my phone and that’s not necessarily a bad thing on vacation!

The place is wonderful the Chateau is very beautiful and well maintained. It is great to relax in the library and in the pool area (which has its own kitchen with fridge and oven).

Only thing I disliked is that I realized that I booked the apartment, it is huge, comfort, private and well decorated, but is separated from the chateau. To my opinion it wasn't been mentioned clear enough in Booking.com. If one of the main purposes of getting there is that you want to stay at the impressive antique chateau, it is disappointing to stay in the apartment, regardless of how huge and nice it is. it is better to book directly from the hotel homepage I guess.

No coffee pot in room. So called coffee station is a hot water kettle , cheap coffee packs, no milk or cream and only two cups for the entire guests. No disposable cups either. AC is non existent.

Amazing chateau, quiet country side. Wonderful staff.
