The hotel and the room are very spacious, very clean, and although 15min walking from the Center, it’s a good value for money

I think they can make more clear the reception is closed before the checkin time since I was expecting to leave my baggage there

People are so welcoming and the room super cozy. The hotel is situated in a very charming area of the city.

The staff person was not friendly, we arrived at 1pm and nobody was there. After waiting for 10min we called the hotel’s phone number and they answered that the check in was at 3pm so they were not going to receive us until that time. We asked if we could at least leave our luggage there and the answer was “leave it there and we will close the main door”. After that, the service in general was more or less the same, not friendly and not willing to help

Our room was very big, which was great, and had a nice terrace. Friendly and flexible staff.

Breakfast was ok, I guess because of Covid more limited.
