I liked the food and the service

The mouldy rooms, then got moved to a handicapped room, for 1,590 shekels, then they tell me breakfast isn’t included in the price. When it said on bookings it was. Finally got moved to the 3rd room which had a trash can with someone else’s garbage in there. I was so grossed out to tears , but I was tired so took The third room. Highly recommend unless your coming for the food and good service stay away. I went after check out to get a massage at the spa and the whole experience was horrible, she barely put any pressure after I asked her to a she was trying to make conversation with me when I was clearly just wanting to relax. I wasted 360 Shekels, there was no ambience as there were people yelling right outside the massage room. They told me I was allowed to pay with my direct card and then tell me it doesn’t take it. Just never ending disasters. I needed a night break and wanted to spoil myself in the 5 star Inbal hotel which I thought was up to 5 star standard.

The breakfast was great and had everything. My family had everything they wanted and more.

The last day, did not like that after paying the bill for the rooms with my MC, the authorization charge remained for more than 3 days but was eventually released and the room bills correctly placed.

The breakfast was unbeatable - excellent variety of food and drinks on offer. Room service arrived promptly and was delicious. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of cupboard space.
