We stayed for one night after a long journey driving accross italy. The room was clean, the bed comfy.

We ate in the restaurant for lunch but the food was awful. Breakfast was equally poor. The hotel is well located with plentiful parking but it is run without care. As a quick stop over it was OK but not worth the money compared to others in the area.

We liked breakfast but were very disappointed that we could not use the indoor pool - as the asked us to pay more 35 euro per person when we paid 157 euro per night. It should be made clear on BOOKING and not post images and call it SPA in name too. I booked there as there was use of indoor pool. Rooms were not like in images but smaller

The breakfast was amazing. Very versatile .fresh food and lots to choose from. Service was great felt very welcomed . Fresh juices, pastries, lots to choose from hot and cold foods , clean and spacious breakfast room.

Everything was lovely. Definitely no complaints .

I liked the room, the location and the welcome service.

the location was wonderful

1. The staff at reception was very unfriendly, unwelcoming, rude & unhelpful 2. The noise level was unbearable. The music was too loud, and played too late. This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no noise barriers and I left after my 3 day stay feeling utterly exhausted and frustrated.

Location excellent

Staff extremely unhelpful. Would not / could not speak English. Taxi reserved with reception the night before for an early morning departure however taxi never came. Reception staff then advised that it was too late to try get a taxi now. They asked which taxi it was booked with. I said I don't know because the Receptionist from the night before booked it. After "pleading" with them to ring again to reserve a taxi they reluctantly did. Finally the taxi came. However there was no concern on their side that we would have missed our international flight home if we had missed that bus back to Rome. Disco music late night also. Rooms are not sound-proof. I would not recommend staying here given the unnecessary stress that this experience caused us.

The location was perfect & the hotel rooms were very clean & comfortable. A great well priced hotel for staying in San Giovanni. If coming back I would definitely stay again. We had a nice short family tour of San Giovanni.

The food was really good in the restaurant but the service was really slow & staff in restaurant weren't a bit friendly. The pool area is nice but the water was freezing.. Other than thst it's a good hotel, I would recommend it to friends & family.

The servers in Sale e Pepe were more than accommodating. They were cheerful and helpful.

There was a young vaper/smoker in the breakfast room. No staff called her to account or to stop smoking indoors.

We decided to make a stop in our journey and after some search of available properties we decided to stop here. We didn't expect much, we just wanted somewhere to sleep, have our breakfast and carry on. And we got that and even more: * parking. seems like there are enough places to park the car; * pet friendly; * friendly personnel - starting with the receptionist and ending with the waiters in the restaurant; * breakfast is good. Standard options for a hotel-continental-breakfast, but you have them and they are tasty; * our rooms - and hotel, in general - were clean; * nice pool with sunbeds. We had few hours to kill before leaving in the morning and we decided to spend them there. Not a bad decision at all;

Nothing is perfect, here are the things we didn't quite like: * the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the hotel can't do much about it. Despite this, it seems quite lively. We arrived there during the evening and seems like everybody was out, in the park or in restaurants and some of them even had live music; * the dinner was not that great. Probably our expectations were too high given the country we were in, or maybe we didn't "fell" on the right choice ... anyway, there are few joins nearby (driving?) where you can eat; * most of the personnel did not speak English. Anyway, not a show-stopper, googe-translate helped us communicate where needed.
