Breakfast okay, coffee and pastries, location on the main road, room good for family with small kids.

At least they should have a bottled water as a welcome for guests, because they is no store close by.

Big spacious room with sitting area. Clean and tidy. Access to elevator was life saving. Close to restaurants and town. Bathroom and facilities clean. Very nice host. Small breakfast and coffee available.

Aircon for extra charge ( didn’t have to pay extra to use aircon anywhere else)and was not enough to cool down the room, also aircon worked only in one room, annex room didn’t get any cool air at all. Bathroom sit cover was broken.

they took us in at 8am ( way earlier than usual check-in time). the room is so spacious, it could fit a group of 10. the owner, Paolo, also went out of his way to contact a cab driver to take us to the foggia terminal.

Breakfast was served on time. The location is a distance approximate to where I carried out my itenary. The room was quiet with a serene atmosphere.

we booked 3 rooms, but they didn’t have them so they gave us 2 rooms and kept almost the same price (around 10 euros less). it was a last min booking so we had to agree.. so for a triple room it was a tight, then we requested to check out at 11am instead of 10am, they refused to let us stay anytime after 10am..

There were a lot of rules written in Italian on a paper behind the door. You can easily have to pay a fine by doing one of that a dozen of normal things. For example, eating in the room is forbidden. Btw, the staff did not mention the rules at check in at all. Breakfast is only from 8-9. The room is small and looks worse than the pictures online. There was no curtain for us and the window faces a big street.
