The director and his son are so friendly, the staff were helpful during the evening as well. the hotel is near to the church. Good dinner and good value for money

The waiter didn't have a good relationship with us, He didn't ask if we were finished and took the dishes without asking. Breakfast good but I would recommend a buffet.

They put me in a room facing a neighbor hotel having a loud party every Saturday night. It was impossible to sleep. They assured me all would be fine the next night. Instead, a group had an unbelievably loud party in the basement aula starting at 10pm. The pounding could be heard throughout the hotel. I requested a cash refund and went up the street to the "Centro di Spiritualità" nearby, which had peace and more quality for the same price. This Villa is good for groups but not advised for prayer or quiet.

The showerhead was leaking from everywhere, and shower door broken. Breakfast is quite average. Location bit far from the city center.

The girl at the front desk has been very helpful and kind to us. The room was very clean, location is quiet and the free parking on site is a plus. The price we paid was very good.

The breakfast is very poor. Each day they give you a croissant and some packed stuff (due to COVID-19, I guess). Both coffee machines provide you with poor quality of coffee. We were given two single beds next to each other and that would have been okay if the mattresses had been the same - different height and softness. Furthermore, the water pressure in the shower is not working well, should be looked at.
