The best aspect of our stay was Francois, our host. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting him and his warm hospitality, helpfulness, attention to detail and flexibility. Thank you Francois! The location is probably unbeatable and the apartment was immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay.

The bathroom is small and could do with more ventilation and the bed is not king size. However, this depends on what one is used to. Overall, neither was a problem.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the attractions, yet quiet during the evening. Parking is possible very close to the property. The apartment was very nicely decorated, it was clean and it had all amenities needed. The owner was a total gentleman and made us feel welcome.

Everything about the apartment was first class, and the supplied items were wide ranging and well thought out. Imagine anything you might need and it was there. The apartment on the 1st floor is very spacious and decorated to a high level. It is in a great location, being close to the centre of Beaune but in a quiet area. Francois was an excellent and caring host, friendly and informative. I would stay there again in an instant.

An absolute gem smacked right in the heart of Beaune! Francois was a superb host. Very patient and helpful throughout our stay in Beaune. When we arrived, he showed us a map of the vicinity and the potential places we could explore. There's also free parking near the apartment. The apartment's very spacious for 2, very cosy and well-equipped. The furnishing was excellent and it really felt like home. All in all, we had a wonderful and memorable stay. Keep up the excellent work, Francois! :)

Excellent location. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The appartement was clean and very comfortable, elegantly furnished, had everything you need and the bedroom faced a quiet courtyard. We slept really well. From the appartement, you just walk 100 metres to the bakery and a supermarket. The bakery opens already at 6.30 AM, and you can get fresh croissants for breakfast every day. The supermarket has a really good assortment of food. Shops and restaurants are close to the appartement. Beaune has a small center and the appartement is well situated so you can get to shops and restaurants in just a few minutes walk. Free parking is also very close by. That is convenient if you want to use the car to drive to vineyards. Some vineyards are very close to Beaune so you can also rent bikes and do a bike tour. We really enjoyed our stay and will book the appartement again when we visit Beaune in the future.

Located in an ancient building, the apartment is very comfortable and amazingly well equipped. The owner has thought of every little detail and anticipated every possible need a guest could have! Our host François was extremely helpful and welcoming. We stayed for three nights and strongly recommend this wonderful property.

Beautiful first floor flat in an old building, impeccably decorated with everything one could need. Situated in Old Town about 300 m from the town centre with street parking (if you are lucky). Francois, the host, absolutely charming and super helpful. Cannot rate it highly enough.

This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment in the city centre. The bedroom is garden facing, so it’s very quiet. There is free parking close by. Our host was exceptionally warm and gracious.

A lovely apartment. Very clean, the BEST location possible. Wish we could stay longer. François, the owner met us, gave wonderful suggestions for places to visit in, restaurants... He is such a sweet man. We loved it and would come again. Can't recommend enough. Take it. You won't regret it.
