Nothing wrong here

Clean and modern large room (superior). Extra bed provided free of charge. Staff are really friendly. Lobby is lovely, bar food was really good. Kids meal was excellent value for money. Second stay here, would definitely return. Room was also excellent value. Pool was basic, everything you need. Towels provided for £1. £1 coin needed for locker.

Pool changing rooms could do with a refresh.

Staff were really helpful, considerate and all engaged with our 8 month old (which doesn't always happen in hospitality). We could also use the drop off spot when loading/unloading which really made our lives so much easier! We enjoyed breakfast too. We will definitely return.

The family rooms are spacious but strangely lacking in design and don't feel as homely compared to other rooms.

Restaurant service was very poor on the first night. I did feed this back and suggest we pre order going forward (which we did). The hotel fed back that service was slow as the hotel was full and you had unexpected guests, but seeing I had booked a table for 22 a couple of months earlier surely we shouldn't have had such poor service? Also, you could have asked us to pre order on the first night. Secondly we had the same menu on the first and third night, it would have been good to have had a bit more variety.

Staff working in the restaurant was amazing.

Everything was great

Clean and comfortable good sized room and bathroom. The restaurant serving a buffet dinner with children’s meals was a nice bonus. A good selection of food at a reasonable cost. The lady serving the food was very helpful, thank you.

Very busy when we arrived and the member of staff on reception was trying to sort out a problem which took some time. Perhaps more than one staff member would make a difference as the hotel was very busy with golfers.

Stayed for a wedding, long walk from the car park, could have done with more seating near the bar and the drinks were very expensive.

Nice reception area and surrounding lounge area, very comfortable bed. Had sandwich in bar which was very well presented and value for money.

We booked a table of ten for a celebration only to find that we had been allocated x2 tables of five It took considerable persistence to eventually be offered a space where we could all sit together This detracted from our ability to enjoy the spa prior to the meal

I thought the receptionist was unhelpful and rude and as first point of contact it was not a good start to our stay. the hotel bedroom was dated and in need of a revamp.

Leaving for home the next morning

Room was poor, uncomfortable bed, tired decor, shabby, just not good at all - i left items in the room and still i cannot get a response from your HK dept.

The dog friendly room was a good size, with comfortable beds and direct access to the grounds. We really appreciated the dog bed and dog bowls/dog towel, which we weren't expecting - thank you! The staff were super helpful and even though it was busy, service in the bar was efficient.

Unfortunately the ev charger didn't work overnight, which slightly scuppered our road trip plans (luckily there's a super fast hypervolt at the nearby McDonalds). I'm not sure it was the hotel's fault necessarily but would be good to address it as more of us go electric! Thank you.

The young staff were friendly and welcoming

The reception staff member Rose was cranky and unfriendly when we politely requested to use the microwave, which is available for use as long as you fill out a form. Did not feel welcome so will not stay here again.

Very good Bar , Breakfast Buffet excellent , Staff Friendly ,Room Large and clean exept for the Carpet that could do with replacing

The Breakfast was served on cold Plates other than that Breakfast excellent !!!!!! the Carpet in the Room had seen better days ( Stains )
