Excellent emplacement au centre de Londres, magnifique vue depuis la chambre, grande chambre, machine à café

It was clean and welcoming. Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough to help. The concierge were so helpful, receptionists were polite and efficient and the Mayfair lounge staff (breakfast) and the bar staff were delightful.
They need to keep the cooked breakfast hotter and perhaps egg options.
A lot of noisy building works nearby.

geluidsisolatie zeer slecht het is alsof de ramen openstaan. Het nachtlawaai bezorgt je slapeloze nachten. Het hotel kent het probleem! Ondanks de goede locatie willen we NOOIT meer voor Cavendish kiezen zolang ze niets aan de geluidsisolatie doen!

The position is fabulous and staff are really helpful and try their very best to help you
The bathroom handbasin taps are awful difficult to turn off properly and handbasin old needs changing

Central location to everywhere we wanted to go. Emailed the hotel as it was my husbands 40th. They upgraded the room. Had rose petals on the bed with a complimentary bottle of champagne

I expected the room to be a bit bigger and the cleaning wasn't perfect.

Location amazing. So close to Piccadilly and Soho yet in quiet street just behind the Main Street. Clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly.
I would have liked a working mini fridge in the room.

This hotel has a great location.
I have stayed at this hotel infrequently over the past 30 years, sadly it’s not what it used to be, it’s tired and in need of updating throughout. In the bar area I ordered a club sandwich, which was just terrible, nothing like a club sandwich should be, it’s just lost it I’m afraid, it’s so sad, because I have happy past memories there.
