We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were always helpful. Would recommend to others. 

Great views to the Shannon river.

Some staff were nice Beds were comfy Room was clean

No air con or window that we could open in the room. The room was way too hot. Breakfast was not good. Some staff were rude. When I booked I booked a twin room, when I checked in online I rang to ensure it was a twin. When we arrived it was a double. We had to ask a 3rd time.

Hotel was very clean and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staff were also very friendly

no bar fridge in room. medication needs to be refrigerated overnight

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful and the staff looked after us very well at breakfast.

Cleanliness of the bedroom was below par, other people’s hairs were on the floor, bits of dust on the celling. The bathroom was not well designed as the water came out on the floor while having a shower and the shower over bath was dangers for older people as it was very slippery even when using the non slip mat.
