Some staff were nice
Beds were comfy
Room was clean
No air con or window that we could open in the room. The room was way too hot. Breakfast was not good. Some staff were rude. When I booked I booked a twin room, when I checked in online I rang to ensure it was a twin. When we arrived it was a double. We had to ask a 3rd time.

Hotel was very clean and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staff were also very friendly

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful and the staff looked after us very well at breakfast.
Cleanliness of the bedroom was below par, other people’s hairs were on the floor, bits of dust on the celling. The bathroom was not well designed as the water came out on the floor while having a shower and the shower over bath was dangers for older people as it was very slippery even when using the non slip mat.

Fantastic hotel , very friendly staff and the view from my room was beautiful, breakfast was also fantastic, I've already booked my next visit

No bottles of water in room.music playing loudly from a nightclub untip 2am could be heard clearly even on 12th floor

Visiting with daughter. Checked in, asked about dinner, wasn't informed on that I had to prebook the resturant for dinner. When about my day went for a swim, then to resturant for dinner, I was told it was booked up, walking out I overheard a couple getting spot without a reservation, asked the manager and he agreed to get me and my daughter a table.
Ordered a kids cheese pizza and chips and a burger and chips for me.
Food was horrible my chips were undercooked, burger was terrible was asked did I want ketchup waited 15mins didn't it get. My daughter thought the pizza was bad.
Trying to sleep that night alot.of noise and was awake most of the night. Breakfast You could break your teeth on the bacon, sausage was too greasy, pudding and home fires were cold. Really disappointed with the food.
The noise isn't the hotel's fault as they can't control there guests behaviour but the food is definitely something they need to work on because it's disappointing to say the least.
