Very accommodating in the bar with kids which was a pleasure.

Very homely. Really good menu for kids and adults at the bar/restaurant. Kind staff. Very accommodating and friendly all around. The kids love the place. Very good breakfast with lots of variety.
Unfortunately our family room was situated beside two rooms opposite each other which had a number of young men in their 20s. This led to noise, door banging, shouting and high pitched shrieking until 2.30am. The kids slept but we didnt. I will be careful to ask about the situation of a family room in future . This slightly affected our overall very positive stay.

Location perfect for university of Limerick. Nice pool for swimming
Common areas dated and bit run down. Room ok. Leisure centre old fashioned and no investment for years. Very short staffed, real struggle to get served. Food fine. We have stayed here for many years and used to be a real treat but unfortunately not any more

Dinner and drinks were lovely. Rooms were well appointed and the location was close to the university.

The hotel has everything. A nice bar, restaurant, outside area, spa, Pool etc. The rooms are more than value for money. Also good climate control! We were supposed to go to the city for diner and drinks, but ended up staying because it was so fun!

staff were all so friendly and good at their jobs
the gym was so dirty. someone had been sick at the side of the pool and not cleaned up. mould on the roof in the showers and dirty toilets in the changing rooms

I was staying for my Graduation in the University of Limerick, great location close to the University.
Hotel was very busy and I feel there should have been more staff on the reception desk to assist check-in.

Lovely staff ,very friendly and helpful. Great facilities.
We had gotten a meal and ask a waitress could we bring our food up to the room and our food was just gone .😭

Comfy beds, swimming pool, gym. The staff were excellent!
Hotel needs refurbishment and deep cleaning. The carpets in the corridors are extremely dirty.
We stay overnight to have a good night's sleep before sports competition but the room was just above the event room and the music was so loud we couldn't sleep until early morning hours.

Location and friendliness of staff
Bar staff seemed to be doing nothing, talking to each other of cleaning glasses refusing to look twords customers queuing and this is after manager said table staff is done for the night at 8pm.
