comfortable well equipped room. The hotel called in advance to check if i had any additional requirements which was a nice touch. a room with a view would have been nice but as only one night it wasn't a big deal

Very relaxing break, great location by the pond. Food was very good and staff pleasant. We enjoyed the spa and was a real get away from everyday life.

The room needed air fresheners as smelt musty

Quiet location overlooking the lake, lots of outdoor seating, great for warmer months. Parking was easy. Friendly staff.

There was lots of mould on the bathroom ceiling especially above the shower. Put us off using it.

Our Executive Garden View was spacious & had a good semi-covered outside seating area. The bathroom, with a walk-in shower was well equped. The restaurant was good & particularly the Full English Buffet Brakfast, apart from the fact that at 9.05am, they run out of fresh bread & only had white sliced!! The location beside Frensham Pond was lovely. Our main reason for staying there was to visit the Sculpture Park, which was just about 2 miles away & was well worth a visit.

Inititially just one lady trying to manage a very busy Breakfast room. Eventually one of the reception staff came to help!

Everything was pleasant and clean but friendly too.

Just the atmosphere was exactly what we needed after a very long day on site and the hotel accomodations were a great relaxant - we'll be staying here again I'm sure.

Beds and location

Having breakfast included. It was a chock to be offered omlett but then later having to pay extra for it. That should be more transparent I think

Rooms are nice and big with great showers and hotel in a lovely setting with a beautiful view

The staff whilst pleasant are clueless. Clearly not trained properly in catering and service. We attended an event there and there was no organisation at all. Too many errors to mention . The lack of attention to basics was astonishing and which continued throughout our stay even post event when the hotel was dead

Room was very clean, nice lay out and tidy. facilities in the room were very good. Breakfast was ace, great view, awesome collection and fabulous service
