Location perfect for the airport.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Facilities as expected and all we needed.
Breakfast very reasonably priced and very good.
Big price hike since last year, but welle meets our needs so can't argue.

As a disabled travel I parked in the allocated bay. I was told that I would need to pay £5 but the receptionist said it would be waved and to let the morning receptionist stamp my ticket . Which I thought was a nice . As a blue badge holder you don’t for parking at most places. However in the morning the receptionist made a song and dance about paying but eventual stamped it for me .

So close to the airport! Nice and clean hotel with all the mod cons. Comfy beds. Great shower. Parking on site overnight is £5.

Good sized room comfy bed,bar food was good but very very busy.
Lots of noise at night in corridors,extremely busy,gym so small was unusable,
As to be expected for an airport hotel to some degree.
Breakfast was horrible poorest eggs I've ever seen,just all a rush.ended up leaving it.
I won't be using this again as a business hotel

Very helpful and pleasant staff especially Sophie May on Reception who escorted me on the shortest route to our room after having taken quite a devious route from the room to the car park.

Breakfast was appalling, what a waste of money.Everything was stone cold, put in a grievance to desk manager but he wasnt interested.Bassically cost us £24 for 2 cold coffee's and a slice of toast.

It is very quiet even though it is right next to the airport. The bed is mega comfy and the pillows are amazing. It is great to have some rest before or after long plane rides.

Signage to hotel from airport. (There was none!). Distance from airport. Having booked and had confirmed a ground floor room, on arrival we were told one was not available, by 'moving people around' the receptionist found us one (her words) so someone else didn't get one.... UNACCEPTABLE ! People in room upstairs could clearly be heard moving around.

All the rooms that I’ve stayed in recently need a major renovation, they are very tired, stained and well just grim!!

Room was spacious and clean, good choice of breakfast. Food was lovely. All staff very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Nice seating area outside
Wasn’t much selection on lunch menu but to be fair the food we had was stunning.

Unfortunately we missed our flight from east midlands so ended up having to stay in a hotel. For the price of £130 I would have expected breakfast to be included. The other thing that disappointed me was the fact we were struggling with 2 cases and a hand luggage and myself being on crutches left us struggling and having to walk. A quick transfer to the terminal would have been ideal.

Good location for airport and local amenities
The local taxi prices where a complete rip off , downloaded the Uber app to avoid them, swimming pool sauna and jacquzi all used frequently

Location was spot on for the airport - a few minutes walk . The hotel is pleasant, rooms comfortable and we had a good meal I'm the restaurant.
With flights (mostly cargo) taking off all night, the rooms would be better triple glazed.
