EXCELLENT LOCATION NEXT TO THEI ST TRAIN STATION AND VERY CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTRE REPLACE TOWELS WHEN ASKED WATER IN THS FRIDGE CLEANING ROOM EVERY DAY

Everyone was very nice the room was great everything you needed great service

Location & Staff. They were lovely checking us in. Liked the check out time of 12pm. The bar area was great. We had to wait a while to check in but the kind lady on reception was on her own helping a hen party, so she gave us 2 complementary drinks vouchers, which was a great start to our stay. The WiFi was great too. And I really like that the room had a Bluetooth speaker.

Separate toilet, to bathroom, air con wasn’t very effective, the toilet room was dated. Didn’t feel like a 4 star room. The carpet & chair looked tired and not totally clean.

Allowed my pet pug to stay free of charge. Don't know if this was intentional, but they didn't ask any extra fees for my dog.

Great location, staff are all lovely, check in and out super easy too and parking under the hotel if you can get a space is super convenient. Decent sized rooms, super clean...

The room we got this time was less nice than the one we had before. Previously it was a big luxurious room with a lovely big bathroom which had a hilarious frosted glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom which you could turn clear with a button. I told friends to stay here the same night we did and neither of us got a room with the nice bathroom unfortunately. I'm fairly sure we booked the same 'level' of room as last time too! Minor disappointment.

Room very spacious and comfortable

We parked in a different car park to what was instructed on the website, not very clear from our perspective but not a huge issue. Train station car park only a short walk away

Location,facilities and bar were excellent. Staff were more than normal on attention to detail

Room was excellent, as we were given an executive room. We were entirely comfortable for our complete stay and found the food and bar facilities very much to our liking. The Novotel has become our hotel of choice for our visits to Leeds for the football and we will definitely be returning for our next football visit early next year.

A little expensive

Very comfortable stay and quiet although hotel was busy. Only criticsm was servicing of room on Saturday where looked rushed and towels removed but not replaced.

Breakfast was very good. Great choice, complimentary drink in the bar was appreciated, walking distance of city centre . Bedroom was comfortable. Good bed, nice bathroom.

Room was clean and spacious, very modern. Location was perfect. We chose this hotel for access to train station but ended up coming up on the coach , due to strikes. Returned on the train.Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Nice restaurant sitting area.Reception was helpful for arranging a taxi to pick us up for getting us to the emmerdale tour pick up point. Hotel had a hen party on the day we arrived, but then was quiet on the evening.

We chose to have a meal at the hotel on the last night, meal was disappointing, dry and poor .
