Good location

Apartment was a little basic and not as light as I expected due to layout and seperate rooms

The location is close to the city centre and train station. Very easy to navigate on foot. The building is well built. Flat is clean and feels like a second home

Not much. Some wear is evident but shouldnt affect your stay. Flat can get hot during the summer but they provided us some fans.

The location was very good. Very close to city centre and the docks. The staff are very helpful and respond very quickly to messages. Keep up the good work.

The apartment was very stuffy even with heating off. We paid extra for terrace, but all you see is a construction site. Needs some refurbishment.

the apartment felt safe. A fob and gate controls access to the access path, a fob unlocks the building door and a key locks/ unlocks the apartment door. the location is fabulous. close to station, close to centre, close to supermarkets and restaurants. it was nice and quiet

in June the sun rises at around 4:30am and the blinds in the bedroom are cheap and the light floods in. The living room has blockout, the bedroom does not. it impacted the quality of our sleep. there were some small things that were individually a slight annoyance. I list because collectively they were an annoyance. we had to buy toilet paper; no kitchen roll; the batteries in the remote were dead so we couldn’t access the streaming box; the corridor outside the apartment often smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, lots of pans for cooking but no oil for cooking, washing machine was there but there was no powder to put in. all felt like penny pinching. for the above reasons we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Close to Leeds city centre, station and all amenities. Parking available. The apartment is light and modern.

All good. No dishwasher or washing machine (we only stayed 4 days so it wasn’t a big deal, but for a longer stay it might have been a problem)..

modern place , good location near restaurants and shopping , well furnished kitchen can do cooking , washing machine for washing , bedroom are beautifully designed and comfortable.

better container or plastic bag for the dustbin , plastic bag broken and do drip into the dustbin.

Just a short walk from the station and the city, yet quiet at night. Well equipped, comfortable and excellent communication regarding access on arrival. This was my second stay, which should say a lot. It will not be my last.
