Very good Location, close to tram station, train station, bus station and a bus stop. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. One of the hotel staff suggested me where to buy the local SIM card and also helped me to setup the local sim card. Another staff suggested me where to take the National Express and showed me the way for Bus station. Have to appreciate them..!! Room was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay in Novotel
For the cost we paid, I felt they should have included breakfast as well. As I have seen their competitors esp. Holiday Inn providing the breakfast (in many locations within UK for the same price). Other than that I don't have any other suggestion - All good.

Smart tv is not available. Literally has to depend on channels which are 4 to 5 channels. Food options were too low compared to other branches.

Soggiorno breve ma intenso; struttura strategica per la posizione, accogliente e soprattutto pulita. Staff professionale e cordiale. Un ringraziamento particolare a coloro che abbiamo conosciuto: Valeria, italiana come noi che ci ha fatto sentire a casa ed al collega spagnolo (di cui non so il nome) che ci ha chiuso il check out questa mattina. Semmai dovessimo tornare a Manchester, non esiterei a scegliere nuovamente questo hotel.

Outstanding breakfast topped off a great stay, staff were friendly and the hotel is ideally located for trams.

The room was a good size for our family of four for one night, and close to train stations.
The room was stuffy & hot at night, and the food in the restaurant was expensive and not very pleasant. We also had to dodge lots of vomit right outside the main door of the hotel when leaving.

The layout was easy to navigate in the reception area/bar
Upholstery was visibly stained. My first room had a leaky sink so the staff changed my room, the 2nd room the coffee machine did not work. The bathroom was separate from the toilet in the 2nd room and this was claustrophobic and tight spaced despite me being of average build.
The bar staff were not friendly, poor customer service and the food was not up to expectations.

Pasquale at reception was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He organised an early check-in and even thanked us for staying at the hotel in Welsh! The location was excellent, just a minute or two from the tram and a walkable distance to the centre of the city. Our room was lovely and clean, and there were plenty of towels, tea, and coffee.
The toilet room was very small and the room, toilet and bathroom very dark.

It is a fabulous property located in the picadilly city center of Manchester. Very lovely location
The breakfast does not have vareity to choose from . Mainly english breakfast .

car park near by cost us £46 for about 28hrs, ridiculous. Hotel used to discount it but no more...also only 1 pillow on bed which was too low and toilet room was very small, think a sliding door might have been a better option.

Staff were so friendly and professional and a credit to Novotel. Rooms spacious clean and comfortable loved the mini fridge for the wine 😄. Bar area nice and chilled for a relaxing evening drink. Well done team Novotel Manchester 💯💪

Hotel entrance was tucked away from main road. Very clean and modern hotel. Nice bar and restaurant on site. Central location. Lovely clean, modern room.
Sofa bed a little uncomfortable and weather had changed so room was a little bit cold as the air con had been left on.

the electrics (this may not be in every room) but in our room the electrical plugs and cable sockets near the window didn’t work. so had to plug phone in somewhere else. but it was manageable it didn’t put us out of way or anything. I wouldn’t say I hated it just something that could be fixed

High price not including breakfast, milk not replenished in room, key deactivated more than once and parking was awful and was the main reason I booked
