I wasn't expecting the apartment type of accomodation, but was pleasantly surprised. It felt private, spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The in room facilities of a mini kitchen was amazing and enabled me to eat more normally while away with work. The room (apartment) was cleaned and tidied every day and there was a shared laundry I could use too! If I was working from Manchester every week - I would book here every time! Doesn't make a huge deal of sense for just a one night stay - but for the 3 night stay I did, it was perfect!

Wifi was not good - made making calls from the lounge in my suite difficult, despite trying to troubleshoot with their Indian help desk on the phone. I'd have used my mobile data, but the signal was also bad in the room. If the WiFi was improved, this would be a home / home office away from home. Location also felt a bit of a trek on foot to get to, with only expensive parking options nearby. But definitely doable and probably worth the walk.

I liked the room because they had a balcony and a huge space to move around and have a beautiful time with your family/friends

Room was lovely, kitchenette area in the room a nice bonus.

Breakfast buffet area is very small for the amount of guests. Too long of a queue for 1 or 2 items of food, which kept running out very quickly. Not much variety of breakfast food either.

Loved the room, fantastic amount if space and the bed was extremely comfortable. The facilities available in the room were excellent. The bathroom was lovely and shower had great water pressure. The room was clean and Hairdryer had more than one setting. The courtyard was nice and spacious.

The breakfast experience was very chaotic, very little room to move and getting around other guests was claustrophobic. The building work next door was very loud in the morning but this isn't the fault of the hotel just something to be aware of. The staff were lovely and very welcoming.

Me parece que está un poco alejada. Alrededor no hay vivienda, sino algún aparcamiento y pabellones . La ubicación no me convence mucho.

Lots of construction going on in the area

The staff, in particular Mr Mohamed and the early morning staff were excellent. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Also the breakfast is superb. The rooms are lovely and clean. It’s centrally located.

A window had been left open. I woke at 0230 with this banging sound. It was difficult to find the cause. Hence I slept very badly. It was no one’s fault though.

Large room ,plenty of space. No noise. Excellent in room fascilities well equipped although not all used. Very pleasant heplfull staff. Excellent central location for our purpose. I'm sure we'll be back.

I like the customer service

The television experienced persistent issues, persisting even after relocation to an alternate room. The lifts and hallways emitted a pronounced odor of paint and conveyed a sense of dustiness. Additionally, the initial room encountered heating deficiencies. The prevalence of ongoing construction surrounding the premises contributed to undesirable noise levels and compromised morning views. The Wi-Fi posed challenges with connectivity, frequently disconnecting. In addition, the breakfast service, while satisfactory, was compromised by a suboptimal temperature, contributing to a less-than-ideal dining experience. Considering the recurrent issues with the television, ambient odors, heating deficiencies, disruptive construction noise, and problematic Wi-Fi connectivity, coupled with the less-than-optimal breakfast experience, I would refrain from choosing to stay again if presented with an alternative option.

The only complaint is that I must say the water in my room was lukewarm at best.

Got a upgrade on arrival. Staff were excellent. The room was exceptional. Breakfast was the best . I will definitely stay again every time I am in Manchester. The only drawback was the location a few dark streets to walk at night so maybe take a cab.

Staff members were really welcoming 😊 You can take breakfast on tray to your room which is great as dining area is quite small. Bed was really comfortable.

Our room was on the 8th floor. I’m not sure if that’s how it was meant to be but if you’re there in colder times to get from lift to your room better do not take off your jackets etc and hold on to something as there are gaps in walls and the wind was terrible. You should feel inside warm and cosy and that’s far away from it

We liked friendly, helpful and welcoming staff (receptionists – especially Wayne, cleaners and breakfast staff) and unlimited hot chocolate and coffee.

There was dust on a bathroom heater.

Staff welcome and helpfulness. Free to use coffee machine. Clean, spacious and modern suite. Was warm and the bed/pillows just perfect. Lovely bathroom and nice products to use. Location was great. Absolute mid week bargain in centre of Manchester. Complimentary breakfast. Pastries were fresh and good options available.

Nescafé sachets in room. Think suites (at the very least) could come with coffee machines. The cooked breakfast items didn’t taste great.

Accessing the breakfast bar is a bit of a squeeze. If I had to change on thing, it would be to have a bit more space between the island and the rest of the self-service area. I didn't manage to get Netflix to work, although it appeared as a channel on the TV.

The property was really clean and spacious, the staff were super friendly and really helpful. We opted for a studio and upon arrival we were upgraded to a King Size for free. The room had all the amenities needed.

Breakfast was a good choice, however it was busy and a bit of a tight squeeze like too many table close together and the juice was watered down.

Breakfast is really poor quality, and basic selection/quality of tea/coffee in room. External access to all bedrooms so you have to wrap up warm to get from your room to breakfast (but the breakfast isn't really worth getting out of bed for).

Im grossen und ganzen war alles gut. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum, aber in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man eigentlich alles. Die Betten sind Weltklasse, absolut Bequem. Das Frühstück ist auch gut und hätte eigentlich alles...aber ( bitte bei nicht gefallen weiterlesen)

Wir hatten zwei TV`s, über 100 Sender aber kein einziger Deutscher Sender den man schauen konnte. Ist etwas schade da doch auch Zeit im Zimmer verbracht wird. Leider ist der Frühstücksraum viel zu klein. Es wird auch nicht sehr effizient nach gefüllt was doch eher mühsam ist. Das Personal sieht die wichtigen Sachen nicht. Also wichtig: nicht zu spät beim Morgenessen erscheinen...
