The rooms were spacious, comfy beds, staff couldn’t do enough for us! Honestly can’t recommend this place enough, we were really pleasantly surprised…everything was spotlessly clean & really enjoyed our stay we can’t wait to come back!

Can’t think of a bad thing to say about the place. Honestly we’ve stayed in some hotels and this was by far the best 😊

I like the room condition.

The free WiFi was unstable, can be slightly better. I had stayed there for more than 1 week and the breakfast was almost the same, can make some changes every day.

We were well received by the front office. Check in was quick and friendly. Our room was on the 17th floor with lovely city views. We had a gourmet dinner in their outstanding Laureate Restaurant..Our waitress was an exceptional waitress called Steph. She could not do enough to make sure we enjoyed our late night meal. She even went out of her way to describe the different types of hummus we had with our food... I am a hotelier myself and would be proud to have staff half as pleasant as Steph. Unfortunately she finished her shift before we could tip and thank her for her outstanding service.. No disregard to the rest of staff that served us, they were all very pleasant . We will definitely be back whenever we have business in Manchester.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the room gave us more than enough amenities. The breakfast that was included was an all you can eat and it was all delicious, there was so much to choose from and they catered for lots of different needs such as Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarians and vegans!

Location is fab, having a studio apartment with a kitchen is a bonus if you don’t fancy eating out.

Everything! Wonderful breakfast spread, friendly staff and high spec room decor. Fabulous gym too! Highly recommend staying here! 5*!

Super clean, great facilities. The rooms were spacious and ideal for families. Very well equipped.

Space was good, view was nice, breakfast was great. The location was perfect as we were attending our daughter's graduation at UoM. (We were not given the discount for this, though, as we reserved before it was offered through the school.) Facility was lovely and the room's kitchenette was convenient.

The air conditioning did not really work. I explicitly chose this hotel as it promised a/c, but the unit never brought the temp in the room down to the thermostat reading. The thermostat read 19 degrees C, which is 66 F, but it never got near that temp in our room. (Most likely 75F was the lowest, but after showers were taken, it was hotter.) Even had the staff come up to check, but it never improved and the hotel did not have space fans to loan for this. Even with the windows opened in the evening, it was hot and sometimes sweating. It was uncomfortable.

Excellent Breakfast - clean - very accommodating staff. Great view from our room.

Room was nice, good breakfast, breakfast staff were exceptional

Shower door leaked so clean up after showering was a must, one set of towels was dirty (brown stain on large towel) wasn’t comfortable using towels, also check out staff didn’t seem surprised and didn’t say much other than “sorry about that” which was surprising.
