Everything! Location was perfect, there was never an issue getting parked near the property. Staff was always so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was possibly the best I’ve had at a B&B!
Nothing really, shower pressure would dip in the morning and the temperature, but we was on the 3rd floor, so to be expected. Really didn’t affect our stay at all!

The breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice, fresh produce and staff always on hand for anything you need.
We booked a sea view room and had a view from all windows, room 11
Bathroom slightly small and bath sides really high for people with short legs

Great location, very quiet room. Clean, comfortable with really efficient friendly staff. Lovely communal lounge in which to relax.

All the little extra amenities were great, lovely big shower room, lots of mirrors (needed for getting ready for dance comps), tasty breakfast & complimentary drink on arrival. Fantastic!

Did not like the amount of steps to the room we asked to change room and were told no we are 2 pensioners and going up 6 flight of stairs is a joke

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. We stayed in the mahogany apartment which was kitted out with everything you could think of : kettle, toaster, cafetiere, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board. The breakfast was also top notch

The apartment was lovely, spacious clean well equipped and in a lovely quiet street not far from town, and had a sea view.

So lucky to get a room here and we liked EVERYTHING about it. So elegant and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for views of Scarborough and such a great place for breezy seafront walks into the town. Our room was immaculate and super cosy and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect and such good quality. Thank you, we will be back.

A lovely property to stay in
We stayed in room 4 which is a little on the small side, including the shower, which is smaller than an average shower
However, the property was excellent throughout very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. You could basically have whatever you wanted
