had a lovely weekend in Scarborough and stay at the North sands lodge. Great communication with Marianne from Booking to checking in and she even messaged when room was ready so we could check in earlier. Nice room with everything we needed for our stay. Heating on before we arrived so room was nice and warm, comfy beds good facilities in room and free parking permit upon arrival. Would definitely stay again Thank You

Breakfast not provided but there are kitchen facilities to cook your own and a fridge to store. If you know there is no breakfast you can take produce with you or there is a shop just a little further up the road. There is also a cafe on the corner who give 10%discount to hotel residents. Free roadside parking with permit provided by the hotel.

Lovely host,very clean and comfortable room,short walk into the town centre,parking was easy with a pass supplied by the host..would certainly stay again.

It was close to the park,pool and seaside.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed, it wasn't large but was perfectly adequate for 2 adults and 2 children. There were self catering facilities if needed, plus the cafe just doors away was very handy, and parking wasn't a problem either. The host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful too. The location is great for the North Beach just minutes walk away and Peasholm Park (even closer) is lovely.

I thought it was expensive for 1 room at the very top of the property with no breakfast included not value for money en suite was very small. Wasn't suitable due to disabilities

Marianne was a fantastic host, she answered any questions prior to arrival. The room was clean, neat, tidy and equipped for hot drinks and showers. I would highly recommend this lodge to anyone anticipating to go to Scarbourgh.

We are in our eighties and our room was on the second floor and the bed and toilet were a little low for me

Booked a twin room and got bunk beds for 2 Oap on arrival we had to share a bottom bunk when you book twin rooms you would expect 2 beds in a room or a bouble bed ,for one who is 70 and one 67 not very good got moved next morning rooms still small but did have on suite with was nice didn't have to get dressed to go to the toilet

Location was good lots on the doorstep without having to go in car all the time

It was £210 for a small room ensuite with no breakfast included. So it seemed expensive.

Extremely clean, very nice staff on arrival. we were given a parking permit that was perfect. The room was spacious and clean and relaxing. perfect for our three day break. We felt like it was our own room no hassle. It was right next to the open air theatre for the concert, not much walking or taxis. relaxed, enjoyed it was great.

We enjoyed our stay it was very welcoming very clean the beds were so comfortable we definitely plan to stay again in the very near future even better its dog friendly too !!

The room was a little too small but that's the only thing although it was only room left available for us at the time it had everything we needed so not complaining

What a lovely little hotel run by a lovely lady! Myself and my Nan booked and we're met for check in with lots of offers of help. Perfect location. Lovely clean room. Shared kitchen for guests to use. Great stay!
