Very spacious room and bathroom, huge breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

A later breakfast time on the weekend would have been welcome, but I understand this can be difficult to organise.

A friendly welcoming and immaculate place to stay with family and friends. All staff go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We liked everything about this property and would use again in future.

The location is perfect, especially if you enjoy the peace and quiet, was greeted by the owner who was accommodating to the guys with scooters, The owner was warm and friendly. Our room was really nice and fresh, and so spacious. Room service made our bed while we wer3 out.. Breakfast included in the price and all i am saying is WOW fantastic breakfast. A place to stay as part of a family or even a couple. We will definitely be returning. Hotel withiin walking range to the sea front and over the road is the beautiful Peasholme park.. 😍🤩

bath room hot tap having to wait about 5/6 mins for to run hot shower leaks when door closedno shower mat in side shower no mat out side shower shower that holds the head broken radiator dirty dust at the end of the not vacuum properly inside of the wardrobe broken paper work out of date the sumeral of the bedroom out of date it was missleading we had a delux room witch was missleading different what we seen on paper work breakfast good no evening meal that was in paper work.

It was just so lovely to be staying somewhere so clean could not fault it in any way Breakfasts were very appetizing too good choice every day Welcomed with a lovely coffee on arrival. Would definitely stay here again.
