The spa was amazing I had a massage and salt scrub, very professional and listened to what I didn’t want.

A bit old and tired. We booked on B&B and had to go into restaurant when we arrived at 8pm had one plate of food and charged £26 each, very excessive. Maybe should be another option for people who have just arrived. We didn’t go back to the restaurant but ate out every night. Pools were freezing cold, perhaps have a heated pool outside? Entertainment is geared to the older generation, it was my 60th birthday and the entertainment was far too old for me.

Just about everything. Food, accomodation, service, was all excellent.

WiFi in the room, and internet in general, was very patchy, though it was OK elsewhere, in public areas.. The hotel network kept disappearing, and the internet connection kept dropping, though that is not unusual for Cyprus. The cabana we were allocated was too far from the pool and the loos.

Excellent staff, hotel was just lovely, very clean, good facilities. Lovely breakfast buffet. Great location. The staff was so helpful and pleasant, very accommodating. We will definitely return for our next leisure vacation.

The mini market was closed over the weekend.

Good rooms, great coffee, excellent food. Garden and pools are lovely.

Beach set up is poor. Boardwalk needs improving and extending with proper swimming platform.

Housekeepers was good, especially Yianna who spoke better English than the people at reception who was on duty between 2-4pm on 21st Nov.

The hotel reception staff were very slow with broken English. They acted in an unprofessional manner showing no patience, arguing with us and even throwing our change from cash at us. They also didn’t know the area at all because when we asked for directions to the local amenities they couldn’t tell us. I ended up having to ask another tourist/holidaymaker. Very laughable! I booked 2 rooms, one of which is supposed to be a sea view but it turns out it was a view of a dirty roof. We requested single beds for both rooms but were given doubles. When we complained they said there was no manager so they could not change the room…..4 star hotel, are you sure!! We spent over 2 hours trying to sort it out which very much ruined our holiday mood. The whole party was very unhappy. We have been to Europe 4 times this year and this was the worst experience by far. I’m sure not all the Cyprus hotels are like this but this has put us off from visiting again.
