Is now pretty worn out, carpets are disgusting. The door knocker that others mentioned appears to still be there. Bathroom drains are blocked.

The room was very old and tired, not very clean and holes in the wall ,plus ripped curtains and in general just not very well looked after

beds not comfortable, no tv in bedroom even though the brackets were still up, couch was barely able to sit on, only 1 other chair was the only dining chair. the tv in “lounge” was tiny.

It was run down and unclean. Holes in the walls, dirty marks everywhere. Obviously emergency accommodation. Very noisy tenants in the middle of the night coming and going, banging about and having loud conversations. The photos are very deceiving, as is the 4 star rating.

The smell- it has that old, lingering cigarette smoke smell. There was stuff all over the carpet, like it hadn't been vacuumed. The drain in the shower was blocked so we couldn't shower without flooding the bathroom. The rubbish bins hadn't been emptied. And before we knew the shower was blocked, we didn't have any towels so had to request them.

The cockroach in the coffee and t bag box. No coffee cups. Only one dessert bowl Stinking rubbish outside the door. Torn curtains. Only 2 towels. No soap in bathroom containers. One spoon Springs in the mattress. Lack of decent pillows. Only one chair. Noisy neighbours. After 1am.. Given the disabled room, ridiculously low bench.

It was fairly clean. The cleaners were so helpful.

We arrived at 9pm. They had put the keys in the lock box. I went to open rooms only to find that one of the rooms had not been made up. I contacted the hosts who told me I was given the wrong key for the rooms. I decided to check the new room they gave me while we waited for new keys and found the key for the unmade room fitted the new room 😳. No pillow cases on made up beds in both rooms. The door handle fell off the bathroom door. Batteries not working in tv remote and no remotes for AC machines. Looks nice from outside but definitely a different story when you open the door and enter inside. Not worth what they are charging! Hosts are never on site.

I booked four rooms,no soaps in the rooms and legs of the chairs loose about to break,I nearly fell

Booked a room for 3, but there was 1 fork 1 teaspoon 1 bread plate, 2 kitchen chairs and they both should be in the bin. Shower handle was broken and handtowel rail was non-existent. The price was too expensive for what we received and no one in reception when I wanted to talk to Management regarding room. I spoke with a room attendant but Management have not tried to make contact.

lady on reception when we arrived was rude, unhelpful and not welcoming. there was no plug for the kitchen sink, no t towel and when one was provided it was dirty. there were crumbs and other food items in the sofa bed when unfolded and a cockroach in the kitchen. limited kitchen utensils provided. very poor and limited housekeeping

Self contained unit with cooking utilities. Pressure of the shower was amazing. Room was clean and tidy.

We stayed for 2 nights, no remote for the TV. Neighbors next door both nights blasting their music til early hours in the morning. Bed was broken on one side which wasn't very comfortable.
