We had a wonderful welcome and walk around the room to show amenities. The service was kind. We got in at 5 am and they were very kind to have our room by about 2pm. The doorman were our favorite. Always smiling and kind. The gym is nice with a sauna and a great view though there is little space for free weight use. The cleaning staff was our favorite and so kind.

When we got to the room we were told we would get 1 bottle of water per person per day. We were also informed that breakfast was with our booking and were given the hours for breakfast. Our first morning we enjoyed breakfast and the staff was great. Day two as we finished they brought us a bill for $30 for breakfast. Confused we went to the desk and they informed us there was no breakfast and we would need to pay. It was frustrating because that's quite an expensive meal that we wouldn't have opted for. Since breakfast outside the hotel would have been only about a dollar. Then this morning as we checked out we were informed that we owed for all the bottled waters. Apparently they left out 1 water bottle that was free but the fridge ones that were pointed out to us were not. Buying water isn't such a big deal but being caught off guard with extra fees is extremely frustrating to me, and it was fairly unclear. Unexpected charges a few times over really spoiled our overall view of our stay.

El desayuno me pareció muy bueno. Tiene de todo lo que requieras y ademas en buen horario. Excelente servicio de Daniela Mandón y la encargada de atención al cliente.

Great location, comfortable bed, nice lobby area, and the hotel felt safe and secure with card-only access in the elevators.

It's a small detail, but considering this is meant to be a 4-star hotel, I think it matters. The foot pedal for the garbage bin in the bathroom didn't work, meaning each time I wanted to throw something away, I had to touch the lid of the bin. Like I said, it's a small detail, but for how much this place costs, I would have expected better. Additionally, the tv doesn't have Netflix access. Again, a small detail, but I stayed in far more affordable hotels in Colombia during my visit that had Netflix access for those evenings when you might be too tired to go out.

The location, the unit and staff. The combination of all makes the hotel perfect. Jesus and Daniella from lobby bar were awesome and very attentive!
